I've seen her do a few Zoom chats on Youtube and with David Tennant and Michael Sheen in new drama/comedy Staged. She seems fine.

I knew something was up when he didn't appear in LOTR reunion few weeks ago.

I was about to add her to this only because she is trending on Twitter for BBUK related reasons.

If she goes in a care home she'll be gone within a year. Happened with my grandfather - he went downhill fast.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has died of suicide aged 34.
-
I saw him trending on Twitter and nearly got my hopes up, but then realised my parents are watching the news in background behind me and headlines would be about his death for the next 100 years rather than talking about a racist person's statue in a river.

Oh also while trying to get more face masks from stores this morning, the guys told me they only have 20 boxes of masks right now for the whole hospital and are rationing them (we ordered 3 boxes last week and only got 1). Next week it will be mandatory for admin/reception staff to wear a mask and i've had no orders from above so to speak (other than what I see on BBC News etc) and the masks we should wear are different to the staff who deal with patients. Apparently they havn't arrived yet.

If anyone wants to know how hard it is to get a test in India. This Youtuber who I follow and lives with his Indian wife in Deli and spent three days trying to get tested. One hospital admitting that they only test 50 patients a day: If you get redirected all over the place for a middle class man in India, imagine if you are poor. There is a lot of undertesting going on.

Mark Lawrenson looks ill. He also looks like Victor Meldrew.

May be nothing, but Ian Holm is 88 and he couldn't make it to the LOTR online reunion via Zoom. He is either ill or can't work a computer, lol.

Things To Do While Waiting For Death

Idea if you want to feel suicidal. Go shopping in Primark in UK on 15th June. -
Meanwhile we've found the reason why Nicholas Hoult is so famous:

Brian is usually a healthy guy considering he's vegetarian/vegan and goes on his exercise machine near daily (he records it). Here is his full video on his Youtube: He seems to be giving his heart a test because he's back at it playing his guitar:

Burt Bacharach is going to be 93 next year. Might want to put him on the list.

I have a friend who lives/lived in Hong Kong and she is terrified of what China will do. She studied abroad in UK just to get away from them. Also seem to be on topic of quality of goods in Hong Kong etc. I went there ten years ago with a friend and I can say that whatever I bought over there other than one top was either fake or broke within a few weeks. Though the safety standards in China compared to Hong Kong are better. I went across the border for a day to go to Shenzhen - within a few hours I nearly got killed by a taxi driver and then nearly got killed by open wires at Window of the World theme park.

If it wasn't for the circumstances this sounds like something from few hundred years ago where kings and queens were in the closet and to keep their partner in favour they promoted them to a high ranking status.

I've been taking part in my dad's Zoom quizzes every week (two different groups of friends) and this guy has been on a question twice now. Known for a best-selling series of gardening manuals and sold over 50 million copies, they have become the best selling gardening books in history. D. G. Hessayon - 92

The hospital receptionist, who for 8 weeks was at one of the a&e hospitals helping reception staff there and only came back here Monday has now got coronavirus. I was speaking to him on Monday saying hi and watching with him (2m apart from each other), as the plexiglass protecting the staff from patients coming in was put up around the reception desk. He got tested Tuesday apparently and I only heard about it from a porter in passing. Cheers for the heads up management.
