It's my sister's birthday today... that's a good excuse to have a nice, long drink. Mine's a Bacardi & Coke to start with. Anyone else want anything while I'm up there? -

I had a go. I had fun but I created no 'Lavendar Mist', I'm afraid. I much prefer throwing actual paint around... I'm a messy sod. -
As we are meeting as our avatars, I would prefer if we met somewhere quite humid... I don't get along so well in hot or dry environments. ( I was going to use the terms ' moist ' and ' hard ' in my descriptions, but I couldn't stop it from sounding mildly pornographic. )

I love that ' Invisible Bike '. Excellent! -
Being a crap speller yet curious, I revisted this because I was really thinking of Robert Rauschenberg who doesn't seem to be dead. Now I'm confused. There is Rauschenberg who seems to be alive. But I can find nothing else about this bloke Richenberg. Apologies (if anybody cared, which I doubt), one reason I look at artists as possible deadpool picks. I studied Rauschenberg at uni, in my young-free-single days. I loved this guys art. Looking at it now, I still get quite excited... maybe that's just the memories of the good old days? Anyway, this is probalby one of his most famous pieces, called 'Monogram'... make of it what you will.

Help out the researchers trying to find the worst sound in the world. They obviously have yet to visit my previous offering ( Peter & Jordan ! ) -

Torture yourself by listening to this... a bootleg of Peter & Jordan's proposed Christmas release. Be brave! -
Just thought I'd add my opinion... I think Bruno's a sweetheart and certainly don't think he should be attacked for his surreal posts. Keep up the good work Bruno!
-
Actually, I do. I don't believe you. How could you even presume to know this?

Happy Birthday Handrejka! I'm raising a glass to you as I write this ( one handed, obvioisly!)... have a lovely day. -
Are relatively new members invited too? I'm always up for a pint or twelve.

Calm down, DbF! You're doing great! Welcome to the DL, by the way.

Why did the husband get time in jail too? She admitted to concocting the whole thing to fool him into staying with her, so why did he go to jail too? What a sicko that woman is though! She should be given Chemo just for the hell of it!

How pathetic is this? Why did he have bad credit to start with, I wonder? If I had the same problem as Mr Screech, I'd have to work two or three jobs 24/7 in order to keep my home, or I'd have to move somewhere else. Now, why doesn't he do one of those things? I have no sympathy for the silly little man. As for a suicide... he's bound to do it. I know this because I was thinking of having him on my CPDP, but opted for Corey Haim instead. ( He's Canadian, you see )

I really don't think I'll miss him because I don't actually know who he is. I am one of the British population, so I think your statement is incorrect. I do like your imagination though. What an interesting image that sentence last provokes!

Edgar Allen Poe is my Dead Celebrity Soulmate. Interesting. I hope BHB does this test, what with him being my living non-celebrity soulmate . -

Is it your birthday or your pre-birthday, Bruno? Well, which ever one it is, I wish you many happy returns and hope you have lots of fun and tasty surprises! -
What an absolutely excellent suggestion! I will be doing that very shortly. Thank you SttG, you have a superior intelligence and I bow to you! If the grapes are peeled (or preferably replaced with a gourmet meal, cooked by your own fair hand), that should be fine. Chop chop - he may be deteriorating whilst you dally on the Death List. (He's not famous is he - do you think he'll last until next year?) I'm much more inclined towards SttG's suggestion actually, but it was worth a try... He's only Z-list famous, and not even a celebrity, so he's no use in this area either.

No no no, you've got it all wrong. He hasn't got a cold, he's got man flu. Much more severe than a cold. Show some sympathy in his hour of need, and stop being so heartless. Sorry, I forgot about ' Man Flu '. Yes, I'll mop his fevered brow, tuck him up warm with many blankets and feed him grapes by the dozen. Poor, poor old Mr Six... how sad for him eh? Is that more to your liking Bald Rick?
-
My husband when he's got a cold. Anyone'd think he's suffering pneumonia or something. Grrr.

I've just finished reading Slavomir Rawicz's ' The Long Walk '. A totally unbelievable true story (!) about the author's escape from the Red Army, and subsequent trek to freedom, during WW2. An amazing journey with many tragedies and many heart-warming moments.

I haven't been scared away by LCR's arrival, just a little wierded out by the huge passion she has shown for dear old Dickie. He is just a man after all... and no Columbo either! Before comments start flooding in about how sad my life must be for not understanding LCR's passion, I do have passion for things, my family being just one, but I find LCR's obsession just a little creepy. That said, she's hugely entertaining and feisty, and will no doubt rip me apart for my slightly negative comments... especially the one about ROS being just a man.

I voted for the old baggage again... Liz Taylor. One can only hope.
