Ideas and Possibilities for 2021
ThePrematureBurial replied to Paul Bearer's topic in DeathList Forum
It's just an idea, but Florida's senator Rick Scott, who has always been thin, looks skinnier every time I see him. He has also this transfigured look, like Harry Reid. I can be wrong, but Chadwick Boseman's death came also as a surprise... -

Loved her book about Gorbachev. Dying of pneumonia in August is bad luck. -

Jerry Falwell Jr. He used to be a respectable gentleman, but now he's acting splendidly suicidal. He reminds me of Carrie Fisher, who filled her Twitter feed with thousands of smileys & pictures where she tongue-kissed her dog, during the last weeks of her life. -

I didn't know that he worked also as director. I knew his book "The critic's film guide" nearly by heart during the 1990ies. (I had not internet or imdb at the time, of course). -

Rex Reed & Kenneth Anger are also among the undead. And does anyone remember Daily Mail film critic Christopher Tookey? Wrote a great book, had his own website & then he suddenly vanished without a trace. -
No reactions from secretaries of state James Baker, George Shultz or other surviving members of the Reagan & Bush Sr. administration yet. But there's a video of George Shultz from yesterday: Scowcraft was one of the very few western politicians who dared to say something positive about Gorbachev after the latter's downfall. (They all tried to ingratiate themselves with Yeltsin at the time). Perhaps we will hear from Gorbachev too. Edit: A message from Harry Reid:

...and I always thought that this series was based on a book written by John-Boy. -

She's on the verge of the yawning grave, but I won't convince members who think that Bill Gates' in-laws deserve her place on next year's list. -

I understand that the Deathlist committee doesn't want to miss queens, popes & presidents, but I think that the most important name on next year's list should be Leontyne Price (1927), the most famous opera singer still alive. Three years ago, she was still in good form... https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/22/arts/music/leontyne-price-met-opera.html ...but her condition has deteriorated. Won't make a difference, because the Democrats made it clear that they have the intention to pack the courts.

I doubt that Depardieu is physically able to rape a woman, even less pursue someone who runs or walks away quickly. He has been an alcoholic for 60 years, however, and even though I have great sympathy for him, I'm certain that his brain is full of holes. He uses a headset because he can't remember his lines & has never been able to formulate meaningful sentences. I fear that spiteful people in the media will exaggerate some disgusting things he probably did, like pinching someone's bottom or farting in someone's presence & humiliate him publicly. Do these things count as rape in today's political climate?

I must say as a movie fan, that neither Hunt nor Rhonda Fleming starred in major films. Arlene Dahl (1925), on the other hand, gave brilliant performances in two classics: "Woman's World" (1954) & "Journey to the center of the world" (1959). One should not forget, that Kim Novak is still alive & battled breast cancer a few years ago. -

The experts at the National Examiner were not always wrong when they announced the sad last days of all sorts of people. Robert Redford, Julie Andrews & Dolly Parton, however, are still alive. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=sad+last+days+examiner&i=stripbooks-intl-ship&__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&ref=nb_sb_noss

I must get used to the idea that William Hurt (photo from last October) will leave us soon. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer eight years ago & I suppose that he survived for so long because he looks like someone who leads a healthy life. He finished the shooting of "Black Spider" & has two other films in pre-production, but they are unlikely to materialize.

She gave an unforgettable performance in "The dark mirror" (1946). In this film she played identical twins. One of them is nice, the other one is a pychopath who kills her lover. But she can't be arrested, because her sister has an alibi & the police can't tell them apart. A shrink, however, uses the Rorschach test & exposes the culprit.
