Yes it's enough to avert a recall petition, and as she doesn't seem to be up for resigning a by-election looks off the cards. It looks like she isn't getting the Labour whip back so come the GE that seat could be interesting.

Earlier this week The Times reported a sharp increase in the estimate of how much of the population think the Queen should retire. While a higher proportion still favour her to continue, the shift this week has been very notable: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/a-third-of-britons-think-the-queen-should-retire-nhwx6ppk8

I think this makes it more likely she won't physically be at any of the Platinum jubilee events, or at best a brief appearance somewhere (like the Buckingham Palace balcony).

Kissinger was able to be interviewed by the Financial Times 2 days ago about the current state of the world: https://on.ft.com/3KYG37k

If that ever becomes me I'd be trying to arrange an "Old Man's friend party", if there is such a thing, in the hope that I can be put out of my misery before all that suffering and expense happens. Somehow don't think the Queen would do this.

It was sort of a thing on Top Gear when talking about a male equivalent for Fifty Shades of Grey:

At this rate we'll have had a de facto General Election by way of every seat being contested in a by-election.

There's now this one, basically just stay on his WIki page and refresh every few mins for a new amusing edit:

There was also this edit captured in a tweet:

Neil Parish has just had the Tory whip removed and is being investigated for watching porn in the Commons, so this could well be individual speculated. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-61276319 If he does stand down it's a safe seat (Tiverton and Honiton) with 60% in the 2019 election.

Tory MP Jamie Wallis, who recently made headlines for coming out as trans, has now been charged with failing to stop after an accident. If he is found guilty he could get a custodial sentence (max 6 months) that would trigger a recall petition: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-61256972

Like waiting for a bus, the list goes 3 months without a hit then 2 come along at once.

I was actually about to post the same thing until I saw you beat me to it. If one person gives a sad reaction there'll be at least one of everything.

Some of the gaffes on that trip certainly didn't help, like waving at children through a wire fence and riding an open top Land Rover in a similar way to the Queen and DoE, both unpleasant colonial reminders.

FDR was crippled by polio and was able to cover up many of his physical impairments for a while, usually by always being photographed sitting down or being held onto by someone else when standing up/walking. If his health problems were not so well disguised he'd have struggled to win 4 elections. Therefore I think it's possible the Queen can move around in a way without a wheelchair or any other notable prop. What would be unfortunate is if she ended up being hospitalised during or shortly before the celebrations.
