So the oldest notable woman with the first name Lara born after the movie came out is Lara Jill Miller (born April 20, 1967), who starred in Gimme a Break! in the 80s and voices Lisa Loud from The Loud House.

I believe she was the oldest notable woman with the first name Lara (before the name spiked in popularity in the mid 1960s, following the release of the movie Dr. Zhivago).

Anyway, it's worth mentioning that she was the one who popularized the girl's name Piper (and its variant spelling Pyper).
