Even less. The Tories only won 121 seats and the new chair of the 1922 Committee (Whoever he or she is) is not allowed to nominate, Jenrick would be interesting as he wants to do an hardline anti immigration but also a more pro house building platform like the right are doing in New Zealand and hoping to do after the next election in Canada. But I’m not sure Tory members are keen on the house building platform. -

Alba party bombed hard. 1.5% in Alloa and Grangemouth for Kenny MacAskill is shocking. Neale Hanvey standing for relection in Cowdenbeath and Kirkcaldy only got 2.8%. -

It been a long time waiting for Yvette Cooper to become Home Secretary- Her first stint as shadow Home Secretary started in 2011 and bar a few months has either been shadow Home Secretary or chair of the Home Affairs select committee ever since. -

Harrow East is now the Tories safest seat. The Hindu vote is now the strongest voter demographic for the Tories as Reform failed to appeal at all. Might well be a demographic that if Tories and Reform merge that ends up forming it’s own Party through. -
