It is worth noting that due to the contagiousness of the virus, 70-85% of the world will need to get it to achieve herd immunity. That probably also means 70-85% of all celebrities and therefore also a 3.4% death rate among them.

Coronavirus be like:

I dont think the public would be too shocked that a 99 year old skeleton died of the coronavirus -
what did he do?
-
Dick van Dyke is my first thought, since he's still living a self-sustained life. At his age the death rate is very very high.
-
Death Rate for people between 70-80 is 8%, since he is still only 73/74 he has around a 6% chance of dying, so dont get your hopes up to high especially with his medical care.

I wonder if Iran would even report if the Grand Ayatollah got infected.
-
No need for that indeed, but only as long as we have it under control. Thats why we need all these extreme measures that will cause moderate panic because without them were doomed.
-
"Look, as a percentage, very, very, very few people in the world will get it." Yeah fam and why is that? Because governments are pulling all these drastic measures to keep it from spreading like wildfire. Going out with masks and all that will reduce the transmission rate and keep it under control and will keep the infections at a level that will not swamp the hospitals whil being ignorant will make it spread faster and will cause more people to get it. Buying toilet paper rolls is kinda dumb tho, I agree.
-
Well that is only if the death rate stays like that. With 20% complication rate and overloaded it could go towards 5 or even 10% if it isnt controlled.
-
its an "If" that needs to be prevented by trying everything to curbing the infection. It also helps lowering the death rate because the mutate then has to mutate to spread even faster and that usually makes it less deadly.

Or he kills himself with two shots to the back of the head

Corona is worse than the flu because it has a 3.4% death rate (WHO says so) while the flu has a death rate 0.01-0.1%. The Flu is already under control and we have vaccines against measles or stuff like that. If the entire world gets infected we would still have around 250 million dead, making it worse than the Black Death.

Quick reminder that the Pope only has half a lung after they cut most of the right wing out due to a Pneumonia he had at the age of 21.

like Wouk, who was annoyingly close to 104. Men tend to die shortly before their birthdays, indeed -

Why is everyone here a top level paparazzo with connections to the world elite -
Well its not even sure if Sanders will live a Sanders presidency for a full term, let alone two.

I personally think its unlikely: --> There are 8 billion people right now --> 100 Billion people have been alive since Homo Sapiens started to exist --> We probably know the birth and death date of 2-3 Billion of those people --> The statistical barrier is 117 years with only 2 exceptions --> Supercentenarians probably hardly, if ever, existed before 1800, even centenarians are very seldom, we only know of a view among the noble and aristocrat elites and they usually live longer --> The first documented Supercentenarian was born in 1788 and only lived up to the barrier of 110 years --> Ever since then the age barrier only slowly progressed while peaking with Jeanne Calment who has not been topped yet. Statistically this all makes sense, the maximum age slowly increased and in the years before 1800 even the outliers like Jeanne Calment would have barely topped out in the late 100s while modern humans could barely top out in the late 120s.
-
Most Scientist agree that the absolute maximum age of a Human lies around 125-130, so almost definitely not.
