Not to call bullshit on this story, as he had a birth certificate to back his claim that is said to be legit, but there's something about it that makes me not believe it. Not necessarily blaming him, as he might just be unaware of his true age, but he did not seem like he was 116 in the slightest. His physical appearance for one, especially if he spends lots of his time outside. He was walking around and chopping wood like a month ago. Again, he could be 116 but it is very very unlikely IMO.

I know this doesnt sound like a big deal but my Aunt's dog died last week. She previously had 2 out of her 4 children die some years back so she ended up putting a lot of love into that dog, love that she was never able to give to her two daughters after they both died (one in '16, the other in '17). Just incredibly sad to watch, plus I'm the worst person when it comes to showing empathy too so I have no idea on what to say to her.

If any guess we make over who's most likely to be dead then its probably this guy called @Bennett_Cerf, who was born in 1942 and was last seen posting 14 years ago. Of course there's a good chance he is still alive but 78 is the life expectancy of an average man in the UK. So theres a fair chance that there must be a dead DLer on this forum. I've updated the original post with the years the DLers provided, second oldest is 1944.

I never lied. The mods could see the IP Address, hence why they fell silent when she came online - if it were actually me then I wouldve been torn apart limb by limb for sharing the exact same location. As you can see, she is not on often and she was only curious in the forum. Plus I doubt she'll come back now... Also there is banter and there is just being a dick. I am not gonna go into it all, as I said things too, but I am offering the opportunity for all of us to call it quits and keep the peace.

I'm quite happy with my life thanks. It wasnt always great but in the last year I have had great success. I got out of my rough estate and I travel around the world often. In fact, I didnt even mention you by name so I'm glad to see that you consider yourself hostile towards newcomers. I have been confronted and harassed ever since I got here. I tried being nice but a certain handful of toxic people have made the forum rotten to the core. And guess what? Everyone is upset because I decided to stand up for myself and retaliate. Then you guys retaliated, then I retaliated and so on... And whats more, we are all hiding behind our profiles so we can all be as toxic to each other as we like. If we treated each other with an ounce of dignity, instead of the constant ganging up on undeserving people, then you would not hear another insult from me again. If otherwise, we can continue riling each other up and I will not roll over and be harassed. I'm saying this not just for me but for others too, and this thread is evidence of others feeling this way about the forums so I am not alone by any means...

Yep, it is. Probably the reason these forums are so dead... The people here who are unnecessarily hostile towards newcomers are just extremely bitter because their lives suck and they have nothing better to do. IRL, they are insecure (especially the younger ones) and cowardly. They probably live in shitty council housing and have absolutely nothing to look forward to in life. Nobody likes them so they stick to their small circle of other bitter losers. You just gotta feel for 'em...
