Early in her career she did some work modelling leather fetish wear - c.1962, so still rather a niche market at the time.

He might get the death penalty? -
Besides, it might finish him off - although I hope not, since I'm having it done in a couple of days.

He'll be best remembered for his connection with Luis Bunuel, as co-writer of Bunuel's later films, which were his most polished and successful: The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie, The Phantom of Liberty, That Obscure Object of Desire and others. -

He was one of the Chicago 8 put on trial for demonstrating at the 1968 Democratic convention. Only three of them are left now. -

It's time to count the corpses, it's time to list them right, it's time to check the obits on the Muppet Show tonight... -
To be fair, in 2015 that seemed about right.

Have you seen Biden's choice for assistant health secretary? https://edition.cnn.com/2021/01/19/politics/rachel-levine-health-and-human-services/index.html

There's a particular kind of tv-advert soundtrack cover version which could all be sung by the same young woman. Or not by a human being at all. -
If he ever gets into the year's death list his description should be "stuffed shirt."
-
If that was true, I'd suspect Kamala Harris of showing him a good time.

dead Prince Philip Duke Of Edinburgh

Perhaps they just don't want to have COVID-19 as his (or her) cause of death. Imagine the headlines. -
If Biden was assassinated, I'd pick Harris for a suspect. There is apparently a rumour that Trump is dead now and that the latest video was a fake.

Also a guest star in The Avengers episode "From Venus With Love".

On the other hand those few months were during the band's creative and commercial peak. It's a bit better than a touring musician who joins X number of surviving original members 30 years later.

Thoughts and Opinions on the 2021 Deathlist
Slackhurst Broadcasting replied to Charles De Gaulle's topic in DeathList Forum
What constitutes a good deathlist? That a lot of the people on it die this year? There could be a nuclear war and all 50 could be killed the same day. I doubt there'd be much traffic on this forum. (Although the internet was created to have a communications system that could still work after a nuclear war...) -
Possibly there are some people in the system who want to get rid of her and others who want to protect her, at least until she talks.

Considering that both his parents are long-lived Charles could reign for twenty years or more when the time comes, and it wouldn't surprise me if he did. I think he'd have a great capacity for deciding that what suited him was for the good of the nation. (To be fair, that is arguably true from a king's point of view.) But fate is what it is. He could succeed to the throne, William could die before him, and we could have King George the Seventh* crowned before he was old enough to go into a pub. (*Or Eighth - some years ago it was suggested that Charles might be titled George the Seventh as king.)

dead Peter Sutcliffe
Slackhurst Broadcasting replied to Death Watch Beatle's topic in DeathList Forum
I suppose the hoaxer got away with it longer than Sutcliffe did. -
Her daughter Jennifer Ehle is an actress too, and they played the same character at different ages in The Camomile Lawn.

I imagine every country has its crummy local celebrities - people who are household names there but unheard of anywhere else, or just known for one or two fluky international hits.

dead Prince Philip Duke Of Edinburgh
Slackhurst Broadcasting replied to BirdieNumNums's topic in DeathList Forum
Re royals dying of cancer, Edward VIII did. I've often felt it strange to think that if he hadn't abdicated* he would have still been king when I was a kid. (*Or as George Orwell put it, been sacked like a butler by the Conservative Party.) -

Yeow! Looks as if Karl Malden donated his nose for a transplant. I remember being in a taxi in 2000 and the radio operator talking to somebody: "When they said 'septum' I knew what they meant, cause that's where I had my operation..." -

The Duke. It's his centennial year, after all. -
I actually used to know someone who was in Hearts Of Fire, though only as an extra. I've seen it and didn't think it was that bad.
