I think the one lung is even more of a reason to include him next year IMO. If he still had both I'd leave him off for another year or two but having just the one makes him more vunerable. Worth having in the lower third of the list IMO

Might be worth putting on the list in the very lower half. Don't think he'll go in the next year but given he only has one lung things could escalate quite quickly for him depending on the circumstances
