Seeing how crudely built the vessel (OceansGate Titan) is, I'm surprised it had as many successful voyages as it did, considering it looks more like an underwater coffin than a submarine. I'm guessing the submarine suffered a hull failure and imploded/disintegrated, resulting in a quick death for the crew.

Some personal suggestions for immortals. Ike Schab - Pearl Harbor Veteran. Hospitalized at least 4 times since 2022 from pneumonia, COVID-19 and other respiratory issues. In poor health for years. His last wish was to make a visit to Pearl Harbor for its 80th anniversary, back in 2021. He's still alive at the age of 102. Roger Donlon - Has had "end stage Parkinson's disease" since 2018 and the Parkinson's is supposedly because of Agent Orange exposure. Still attended the most recent Medal Of Honor recipients convention (though his wife mentioned it's most likely his last) and still tries to be involved military related events despite being extremely frail because of the Parkinson's. Fred Lorenzen - Old NASCAR driver who was diagnosed with dementia 10 years, but reportedly had symptoms since the 1990s. Seems to have rapidly declined in the last few years. Cresencia Garcia - Another WWII veteran (lot of WWII veterans seem to be immortals). Was in critical condition in the ICU with COVID when she was 100 years old and lived to tell the tale. Now 103, looked skeletal in her most recent appearance a couple months ago. Derek Draper - Suffered from a severe COVID-19 case which he has miraculously survived thus far despite being in a coma for months and in intensive care for at least a year, suffering multiple other complications like sepsis twice, kidney damage that required surgery and multiple organ failure. His recent photos clearly show he's a testament to immortality.

Here. Also an Inter Miami fan because of my connections to said city so hearing the Messi news is like an icing on the cake.

Has filed a lawsuit against her colleagues.

Congrats AFB. Great obscure pick selection as well.

As we wait for the death of a certain U.S President so that we can post his last photo on this thread, here is supposedly the last known photo of U.S President Warren Harding (on the left in the photo) to keep us occupied for the time being.

Jane Fonda - Controversial Princess of a Hollywood Dynasty

My uncle lives in Miami and I go there to visit him on occasion and I've never seen what you describe whenever I'm at the airport there. I've only seen staff offer wheelchairs to elders (and other people for that matter) who have medical conditions, require some kind of walking assistance like a cane, or who are in otherwise clearly in need of one. -

I'm pretty sure he outlived one of those Italian children as well. Bruno Naldi. Not sure if Bruno's sisters Giuliana and Mafalda are alive.

If I voted Jimmy Carter it would only increase his lifespan, so I voted Bob Barker instead.

Jimmy Carter on June 2nd.

Agreed. Especially cases like this where the person in question is a non notable friend of a celebrity who just happens to get diagnosed with something. I mean I'm not notable in any way and Marc Spelmann (of BGT fame) and I happen to be family friends so I'm sure this is a fairly common occurrence.

MMMDP Form Guide #12 Horst-Dieter Hottges German footballer who spent most of his club career playing for Werder Bremen, as well as making three World Cup appearances playing for Germany in 1966, 1970 and 1974. Suffering from dementia for years now and compared to some of his adversaries, is on the severe end of the dementia scale. Lives in a nursing home receiving full time care.

MMMDP Form Guide #4 Dianne Feinstein Who is she? A vampire? A zombie? A mummy perhaps? No, just a frail 89 year old senator from the United States who's still serving, for some reason.

Another notable fast dwindling group to watch out for. The 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion also known as Six Triple Eight, the only all-black women's unit sent overseas during the war. There's only 6 known surviving members. Anna Mae Robertson (99) - Looked terrible in recent public appearance. Romay Davis (103) - The oldest survivor, but seemingly the healthiest of the lot. Crescencia Garcia (103) - Total immortal. Was hospitalized several times as far as I know, was in critical condition in the ICU with Covid when she was 100 but miraculously recovered, still very looking very much skeletal. Lena King (100) - Confirmed alive on her 100th birthday this year, but no public news since 2022. Fran McClendon (101/102) - Looked decent for her age in last known public appearance but no news in a while Gladys Blount (100) - Very frail physically, but still alert and sharp.

Update on James van Hoften. I've just discovered that he resigned from Gatwick Airport's board of directors on May 13th, 2019. Absolutely no idea on his current whereabouts though, we don't know if he's moved back to the USA or he still lives here in the UK.

Am autistic as well. Considering celebrity death predictions is a pretty obscure and very specific hobby to be interested in, I wouldn't be surprised if there are more of us deathlisters on the spectrum. -
Mike Yarwood is a good shout. Has been living in Brinsworth House for a couple of years at least now and looked very frail in a relatively recent appearance.

The annual Astronaut Hall of Fame induction ceremony just happened, probably the best event around for getting status updates on the older astronauts as there's always plenty in attendance. Quite a few surprise names attended this time, including 91 year old Skylab astronaut Joe Kerwin and Apollo 9 astronaut Rusty Schweickart who I don't believe have attended in a very long time, both looked in good shape for their age though. John Blaha is frail, but seems to be in better shape compared to what I've heard earlier. Loren Shriver was probably the most frail astronaut in attendance at the event, not surprising as he's been frail for a while now. More concerning though is the absence this time of some regular names who've attended for years like Brewster Shaw and Jeffrey Hoffman. But my personal lesser known astronaut pick for deadpools though since Sam Durrance is dead now, would be Loren Acton. Loren is 87 years old and looked very frail physically back in 2021.

Was made a honorary Brigadier General by the U.S Air Force yesterday, seems to have declined a fair bit compared to a couple of months ago.

One of the last known photos of the crew of Space Shuttle Challenger as they arrive towards the launchpad to board the shuttle. All 7 astronauts on board were killed after the shuttle exploded during launch due to an O-Ring seal joint failure because of the freezing temperatures on the day of the launch.

The Fringes Of Fame/family Of The Famous

One of Cristiano Ronaldo's daughters is reportedly hospitalized for an appendix operation, assuming it didn't burst it shouldn't be life threatening and recovery should take a week or two, maybe more since Ronaldo's daughters are all very young compared to when my brother had his appendix taken out during his teens. Additionally, this news comes a year after Ronaldo lost his son.
