Decrepit Russian version of David Attenborough Nikolay Drozdov has been hospitalised after falling down and breaking eight ribs according to Russian media, but apparently on the mend or discharged already. Blames his injuries on his longtime raw/uncooked vegan diet, but he's also 85 with a health history.

Nikolay Drozdov hospitalised with intestinal infection, kidney cysts, prostate issues and whatever else after losing 15kg of weight but it doesn't sound serious.

Malaysian crooner M. Daud Kilau hospitalised again with UTI and likely pneumonia two weeks ago, but most recent update said he was improving. Atleast his sixth hospitalisation in recent years.

Malaysian coffintease M Daud Kilau "still unwell" and has apparently been in hospital again in recent months or weeks, but mostly annoyed about death rumors:

I am unwell, I feel some numbness on my hands and feet but it’s common when you’re older. Today, there are people who came to visit because they received a message that I have died and some asked my wife about my well-being.

Everytime I am admitted to the hospital there will be some party claiming that I have died until people come to visit my house. How many times can a man die?

    ...

To those who claim that I have passed on, come and meet me.

Let’s shake hands and get to know each other.

Come and seek forgiveness from me because if I die early, you will not have the chance to do so.

(I wouldn't exactly say 85 is considered dying early...but I guess that is quite debatable)

Ivan Krasko hospitalised again after suffering a stroke (again), heart and gastrointestinal tract problems and a intracranial lesion. On the mend and to be discharged next week according to Starhit.

Out of ICU today and fastly recovering after a surgery. Apparently also a few days he had "hallucinated" and ripped a few tubes out of himself which made his condition a bit more complicated.

    TASS quote:

"Today he will be being transferred [from intensive care], I don't know exactly what time. The condition has already returned to normal."

A bit like Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi, who underwent a surgery a few days ago and has now been reported to be fastly improving, communicating and aware of his condition. Dying is old fashioned.

Lots of controversy, rumors apparently going around youtuber, actor (mostly known for his role in Dear John, but has been in minor roles in Murder she wrote, Airplane II, Dynasty, Psycho II, Twilight Zone The Movie, MacGuyver, Matlock, Back to the Future and others) and singer-songwriter Tom Willett aka. Featureman. He has gotten some fame for his piano playing and watermelon eating videos and currently has around 400 thousand subscribers.

Long story short and I haven't looked into it much, but apparently he sucked off a 14-year-old in 1973 at Child Haven Las Vegas and was found guilty of three counts of "infamous crime against nature". Strong rumors he's done similar things later. He's around 85 now and still making food videos more than once a week.

Says he has arthritis but is otherwise in good health. "My health is well, I do not know why, at my age I should be in worse shape". I don't know where the hell he's filming that in though. (I think there's a chance he might off himself though)

    2. Ivan Krasko

    krasko.png.833c722922c5910a80535e40d4f59aa3.png

Legendary Russian actor and "People's Artist" who survived serious conditions with covid and 45% damage of his lungs in 2020, has been hospitalised atleast ten times in the last two years, suffered two strokes after 90 (Sept 2021 and Jan 2023) and was on his deathbed with health complications twice last year. Now 92, nothing, not even death will stop him from finding another 20-year-old golddigger girlfriend.

Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi has been in hospital again, this time due to a severe leg infection, discharged already but "isn't fully healed yet". 94 and health history includes open heart surgeries, stroke, infections and a cardiac arrest two years ago (that time he needed CPR, artificial coma and was on ventilator but was discharged in a week or two).

Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi hospitalised critical on ventilator and sedated a week ago, but currently stable and improving. (apparently he was in "unstable" condition when hospitalised, stabilized, went critical, now improving again)

Edit: It has also been mentioned he underwent CPR again.

Rafiqul Islam Miah one of the leaders of Bangladesh National Party and Healthfraudkhaleda Zia's minister of housing hospitalised, allegedly with "multiple illnesses" including a major spine ailment and a neurological condition that has caused him to be bedbound since 2018.

Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir says that* also Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Nazrul Islam Khan, Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain and most importantly 91-year-old stroke survivor ex-acting president of Bangladesh Muhammad Jamiruddin Sircar are ill.

*I wouldn't trust MFIA at all, but I believe Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain is truly very ill. He's been treated for a stroke for a month now and also suffers from meningioma.

  10. Former Nicaragua President (and of course one of drol's immortals) Violeta Chamorro was hospitalised last week, but already discharged after a "routine medical procedure":

93 with brain tumors, major stroke a few years ago, osteoporosis, advanced Alzheimer's and whatever else. Remains in "delicate but stable" state at home.

  12. Posting my 2024 suggestions (I expect 10-15 to be dead by 2024) list as I'm recovering from an infection and had a bit more time than usual on my hands. This time with less images.

Notes: Not included any of those names I suggested in June or last year (see page 12, includes the spoiler - for example Manmohan Singh, Josip Manolic, BM Ezrachi, Oscar Wyatt, Juhani Palmu, Than Shwe, Pasqual Maragall, Terekhova...) or those who've already been "promised" a spot on the list (Rabbi Kamenetsky, Joseph Lagu, Big Jiew, that Indian politician with a brain tumor and who else)

    1. Shi Ping

    ping.png.c85ad9477a11c772151b4742adfcd68f.png

Chinese local politician who survived serious conditions with covid, 40 degree celsius fever and bilateral pneumonia...at 110 (December to January) and later made a decent recovery, no longer needing oxygen or a feeding tube. He's been hospitalised for around 8 years and suffers from quite advanced dementia.

    2. Ivan Krasko

    krasko.png.833c722922c5910a80535e40d4f59aa3.png

Legendary Russian actor and "People's Artist" who survived serious conditions with covid and 45% damage of his lungs in 2020, has been hospitalised atleast ten times in the last two years, suffered two strokes after 90 (Sept 2021 and Jan 2023) and was on his deathbed with health complications twice last year. 3. Feng Zigen (1918-2024)

    zigen.png.c333883ae406520044136dbf10c62fc7.png

Zhu De's bodyguard, least notable person on this list but deserves a mention due to his impressive health. Around new year he was hospitalised with covid, double pneumonia, bilateral pleural effusion, anemia, abnormal kidney and liver function, bacterial infection and hypoalbuminemia. He has had brain atrophy (dementia) and "intestine failure" for years now and looks healthy as shown in that image from this week. Also, he's 105.

    4. Shigeo Nagashima

    nagashima.png.4cb86401dae221429da46a44dc7dd21c.png

Long health history includes a massive stroke in 2004, aphasia, multiple hospitalisations since, another stroke in 2022 and again ill this year. Has looked very frail for years.

    5. Jayanta Mahapatra (1928-2023)

    mahapatra.png.621bdf9bbdb60bc20b25c4a2ab47aac8.png

Nearly died from an undisclosed very serious illness in 2006, hospitalised with covid in 2021, in ICU with intestinal problems in 2022 and on IV meds in 2023. DL Cup pick atleast three times as he always seems to get ill during the Cup.

    6. Jamshid bin Abdullah of Zanzibar - Last Sultan of Zanzibar, a relic. He was reportedly near the end in 2020.

    7. Gaston Flosse - French Polynesia's own version of Mahathir Mohamad, but a bit less controversial. Cardiac problems in 2009, emergency surgery in 2012, broken hip and surgery in 2013 and other hospitalisations. Again quite ill in 2023.

    8. Raul Gil - Brazilian television presenter. Ill in 2012, in and out of ICU with hemothorax, lung problems, UTI and broken ribs following a fall in April-May 2020, again hospitalised in November 2020 with diverticulitis, oesophagus surgery in February 2023 and prostate surgery in May.

    14. Maung Aye - Former Myanmar/Burma dictator Than Shwe's number two, suffered from cancer and alcoholism in the 2000s, stroke around 2005, massive stroke in 2012 that required treatment in Singapore and again very ill in 2018.

    16. Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa - Indian activist who was on hunger strike for 8 years, tubefed and hospitalised that whole time. Again went on a hunger strike to death early this year. How much does it take to kill a 90-year-old who wants to die?

    20. Keith Richards - Half of the world already calls him an immortal. Massive user of heroin, cocaine, mescaline, LSD, tuinal, alcohol, weed and whatever else. Has had health issues too including a subdural hematoma and brain surgery in 2006. Oh, and he'll be 80 in December.

1926 - Tsuneo Watanabe (Major newspaper executive, political influencer, baseball club owner who's in Japan called "Dictator of the world of baseball". Was a member of the Yokozuna Deliberation Council 1991-2005 and President/Chair 2001-2003.)

Some concern on both the health of Shigeo Nagashima and Tsuneo Watanabe.

From what I understand Shigeo Nagashima is currently hospitalised but doing well and to be discharged soon. Tsuneo Watanabe (who has looked very frail for years, broke his neck in 2018 and is now 97) "isn't suffering from a specific illness".

  14. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin's mother (and one of former CM M. Karunanidhi's widows) Dayalu Ammal and Tamil Nadu political "matriarch" celebrates 90th. Or 88th, 87th, 86th or 84th. Her age has been surrounded by some small controversy for a while as she was married to Karunanidhi in 1948 (right after Karunanidhi's first wife died at 20, allegedly from tuberculosis) and her oldest sons are now 70 and 71. She's been in failing health for a while and I couldn't find new pictures of her.
