She was 96 and had dementia. How the fuck is her death a shock.

If anything, it's the escape we all want. She didn't have it for that long at all. Compared to say Sybling Faulty having for a s long as I've been alive.

  2. This is the Grandma Droniak thread. When she does slay in peace, I imagine a lot of people will hear about it. As she's one of the more active 90+, giving her social media status.

  3. First whole lifer lady to act without a boyfriend/husband, one of the most prolific and covert ones too. I heard child abusers/killers are treated even worse in woman's prison. When the jail mums taste their bloody justice, you're invited to my party.

What was her illness though ? Except from the stroke I can’t find anything about the « long illness » she supposedly passed away from

Giving she'd had a kidney transplant at 78 and was already a cancer survivor, I think that's enough to qualify.

  5. Just heard the news, not that I matter. I have to say, 7 and a half years with liver cancer at his age. He's done fantastically. He survived the horror of Ronald Reagan beating him and now this.

The 92-year-old can reportedly no longer eat or talk due to his condition.

His neighbour explained: "Only carers and nurses, who care for him 24 hours, come and go."

Any medic on the forum?  does this mean he might now have a peg in place for fluids, feed and flushing?

That doesn't sound like someone who's gonna be alive in 3 months. Maybe the Reaper's just keeping him alive to punish him for the shite he got up to.

I mean his £15 million wealth might be helping him linger.

Reported that he died through assisted suicide.

From the article: "He was not sick, he was simply exhausted. So he had made the decision to end it. It was his decision and it was important for him that it be known".

Only the second death to be unnatural. John Nashs was far more tragic. Next unnatural death, Henry Kissinger will be assassinated days of turning 100?:axe: David Attenborough suffers fatal Tiger attack while revisiting some Life of Mammals locations?:sherlock: Marianne Faithful ODs on her painkillers?:eshock: Hopefully this post isn't as dumb as my threads.

I’d imagine she’s had 4 vaccinations like myself (immunosuppressed) and probably received an anti viral infusion today.   So she’ll probably be fine.

In October, these dudes on TikTok predicted she was going to die from Covid-19 in March. For the virus to kill you, it would have to give her pneumonia and that would kill her soon after my birthday. Sounds rare these days after all those Corona shots.

Next step, admitting her terminal pancreatic cancer.

Is this an actual rumour going around or did you and Toast pick a random, highly deadly disease that people as old as long-lifer Liz tend to get?

    This might be his year....

Another Dick, with head added to it had a heart transplant a decade ago in November. Van Dyke's just old. If you guys really want a 90 or 100 something on the top, pick Kissenger. He's wheelchair bound now.

Would you describe him (for you)as the least recognisable of the surviving 2021 DL picks?

No, not really. He has appeared in the Carry On collection, so that boosts his familiarity by a bit.

I think the number one slot now can only be filled by Leslie Phillips

With all due respects, not a lot of people under 40 know who he is. I didn't even know what gender he was till I googled him

Put it this way, the stronger and younger Christopher Reeve lived 11 (?) years after his accident. Curtis Mayfield managed 9. Frank, so far, has managed 19. Before his accident Williams was a fitness fanatic, even running around GP circuits during race meetings. He still keeps a vigourous exercise program to circumvent the bodily deterioration that usually occurs as a result of quadroplegia. However, he's 63 now and it's presumably getting more and more difficult to keep going.

He ended up managing 35! Rest in Peace Frank.

Well it is still almost 3.5 months till the years is over, so it's still a little to earlyto say this year is a failure

Plus I've just heard the 9th death happened the following day! I denounce my statement.
