Curious spike in notable people hospitalizations in Brazil in the last few days: - Pelè (Footballer, 80) : hospitalised, allegedly for routine check-ups on Tuesday; - Erasmo Carlos (Actor, 80): has covid and comorbidities but showing no symptoms, hospitalised on Tuesday just as a precaution; - Sergio Mamberti (Actor, 82): had pneumonia in July, hospitalized again yesterday for lung infection, intubated but stable and expected to recover; - Dilma Roussef (ex President, 73): hospitalized for a simple procedure, to be discharged tomorrow; - Igor Sampaio (Actor, 76): anheurism, hospitalized in critical conditions on Tuesday; *EDIT: oops...he is portuguese* - Iris Rezende (Politician, 87) : actually hospitalized for a stroke about a month ago but now he is back in ICU.
