Do you play with the 'only a maximum of 25 people from last year are allowed to return' rule?
-
One to consider for future DL generations? Apparently that 'higher risk' means it's 8 to 10 times higher than the average person.

I'm sorry, but I already have Rolf Harris:

Christopher Reeve and Laura Branigan. Both born in 1952 and both died in 2004 aged 52. -
Lygia Fagundes Telles died earlier this year (and was a hit by me). It's up to you if you want to replace her, because I don't think that's required in this game. You just have a smaller chance to get a point.

From a drought of almost 5 months to a flood of 9 hits in about 2.5 months. The DL works in mysterious ways.

A Charlton death during the World Cup.

That article mentions Joshi was 103, not 102.

Maybe, but it's a UK list after all. Although it seems Keeping Up Appearances didn't have much of an audience in France whereas it had one in the Netherlands so maybe we're both biased to a different side of the spectrum.

That's true and it's also why I'm not opposed to the idea of keeping picks like DVD and Attenborough even though they currently appear to be in fantastic health. But in Tippi Hedren's case I think her "problem" is she's the same age or one year older/younger as several other actors who are arguably more famous than her like Patricia Routledge, Clint Eastwood, Gene Hackman, William Shatner, Robert Duvall and probably some UK TV actors too... So if the Cmme wants to pick a new old actor who's only picked for their age I think one of the latter is more likely to appear.

The one time I don't vote for Lansbury... But the past is the past, I'm voting for Barker.
-
Not unexpected, yet still really sad. I thought she was fantastic in The Manchurian Candidate.

Excuse me for asking, but where can I find those lists? -
That article is from 2020.

Nobody died. Just posting this study that found rugby players are 15 times more likely to get ALS/MND than the general population are, twice as likely to get dementia and three times as likely to get Parkinson's.

Promised myself last time I wouldn't vote for Lansbury again if the next hit wouldn't be her, so going with Starmer-Smith this time.

Emperor Naruhito will undergo a prostate MRI in November after tests showed values that were on a "somewhat concerning trend".
