    Near misses 2006

Do you really think so? Oh gracious me! I suppose I should inform the florist that a special arrangement may be needed then.

    Thank you Football Fan.

    Holiday Thread

Having just joined this lovely forum, I fail to see why I would be leaving on a vacation so soon; however, it is good to see there is a contingency plan in place for those absent times. Yet another marvelous feature of this forum.

    The William Shatner Forum

I need to say that just seeing this topic, one which apparently is entirely devoted to a loathsome two-bit actor, has made me quite nauseous and irritable. Who had the poor sense of decency to allow this topic to enter onto this website?

    Saddam Hussein

Oh, and thank you for that additional information regarding Jonestown and residents of Guyana, Mr. Brimley.

    Saddam Hussein

I need to say I find it somewhat insensitive to play upon the tragedies being visited upon a once great world leader, especially during his trial. Would it not behoove us all to wait until after a verdict has been rendered before we send him to the gallows? Just a thought, just a thought.

    Godot

Dull? Heavens to Betsy, I cannot conceive of this place as being dull. Have you returned to the consumption of gravy now that the Lenten season has passed?

    Gene Wilder

looked a bit orange to me when I saw him in London signing books earlier this year! Oh gracious me, that does not sound at all good for him. Perhaps he was eating too many carrots.

    Drunk? Bored?? Psychopath???

Most regrettably I have no jovial items to add to this topic, but it did bring a brief grin to my face and I hope it will do so for others as well. I am still amazed at all the wonderful and diverse topics related to death which I am finding here. Amazing, absolutely amazing.

CNN claims that an ailing prisoner was the tipster. Too bad he's not famous enough for the DL... he sounds sort of rough... C.P., the link is not working for me and curiosity is digging its dirty nails deeply into my flesh as I wonder who the person you have mentioned might be. Please share this so others will not suffer as I currently am. Thank you ever so much.

    Deathlist Memories

That is clearly the most civilized way to engage in these matters. Well done, Windsor, well done!

    Patrick McGoohan

It has been many years since I have seen any of Mr.McGoohan's work on the television. Would anyone know if he is currently engaged in the acting profession or has he retired?

    Gene Wilder

Just the other evening in nearly rapid succession, I viewed part of Stir Crazy on one television channel and then saw Willy Wonka on another. That Augustus Gloop fellow certainly is a hoot! As to Mr. Wilder, I have long enjoyed his work although not near as much as certain other entertainers.

    Richard O'Sullivan

If I understand the workings of Google, from what I can recall, it would require several visits to that website at which time it would begin moving up the ladder of Google hits. It may also involve the actuation of approaching said website via the Google website itself. If this matter is approached correctly, then your link should successfully move back to the top of the listings.

Irate Visitors Rage Here, If You Must.

This topic title struck me as somewhat absurd when first I viewed it. I had to place before myself the inquiry of why one would need an entire topic to post within if they were suffering from discontent at this website. Would not one just abandon their visits here? Then, upon browsing through I realized the true nature and purpose of this topic and now there is clarity within my mind as to why it is here. Well done Administrators, well done!

Who's Going To Be Around For A While?

That is absolutely splendid! Did he sing and entertain with only his standards or has new work been incorporated into his act?

Mr. Scream, would you be so kind as to redirect me towards this article? I would thoroughly enjoy reading it.

Formula 1 & Other Motor Racing

For those who must know, I am a male. All male the last I looked which was this A.M. while in the shower. No offense at all taken Maryport.

    Most Hated...

I must admit I am at times quite disappointed with President Bush; but not to the point of rank hatred. Why are you so upset with this man who the people have twice elected? He once owned a fabulous baseball team, which alone holds him up as an icon for the American people and one to be greatly revered and respected.

    Bulent Ecevit

I would like to support you in this endeavor; however, I really cannot since I feel Mr.Ecevit still has many more laps to run before he declines to the point of lifely termination. If I am wrong, then I will convey congratulatory wishes towards you C.P.
  22. I most assuredly hope this Tempus Fugit person appears again soon and is not dead as Windsor as presumed. He sounds simply delightful and as if he must have at one time held great sway here.

    Abdelaziz Bouteflika

Are you trying to tell me I have mis-gendered Maryport? I would feel dreadful, positively dreadful, if that were revealed to be the case.

    Alfredo Di Stefano

Artie Shaw, in 2004, did so, dramatically, in literally, the final hours of the year. Thank you Octopus, this is joyous information. Again, I thank you.

    Lou Rawls

Until reading through this topic, I had no real knowledge of the late Mr. Rawls; although, I seem to recall him assisting as an Emcee on a number of charity telethons. So tragic that he will no longer grace us with his deep rich voice.
