Apologies for not being familiar with every post on this site. A quick Deathlist search for “Jack Rader” returns 13 results (including the one I just posted) so I’d hardly say it’s been discussed “many times”
-
Also Jack Rader 23/02/1921. I actually do remember him from his X-Files episode https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0705333/

As it’s premature to say he will reach 100 I think it’s equally premature to say he won’t, he’s the most active 97 year old I’ve ever seen in show business. Kirk Douglas wasn’t exactly the best looking for his age and he made it all the way to 103.
-
I’d have to say Olivia de Havilland. Two-time best actress Oscar winner and star of Gone with the Wind! Luise Rainer was another two-time best actress winner to make it to 104, though she was decidedly less famous.

I’m trying to find more info on Kylie and Dannii Minogue’s grandmother. The last mention of her I can find is from just before her 102nd birthday in November 2021 but nothing since then, so I assume she’s still alive and 103 now https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-10174047/amp/Dannii-Minogue-reveals-racy-gift-bought-grandmother-Millie-ahead-102nd-birthday.html

Maria Branyas does look very good for her age, better than Lucille Randon did at 116 but anything can happen at those ages. Edie Ceccarelli is probably the strongest looking 115 year old ever, she looks better than some 70 year olds, it’s a shame about her dementia

I tricked it into giving me a list of “humorous” headlines (took a few attempts but the movie script worked https://www.wikihow.com/Bypass-Chat-Gpt-Filter ) "Jimmy Carter Outlives Yet Another Doomsday Prediction" "Jimmy Carter Passes Away, Leaves World Confused About Who Will Fix Mess He Left Behind" "Jimmy Carter's Death Causes Surge in Peanut Butter Sales" "Jimmy Carter Goes Down in History as the Oldest Peanut Farmer to Ever Live" "Jimmy Carter Dies, Finally Joins 'Cool' Kids Club in Heaven" "Jimmy Carter Goes to Meet Rosalynn in the Sky, Confirms Existence of Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches in Heaven" "Jimmy Carter Passes Away at 98, World Reacts With Shock That He Wasn't Already a Centenarian" "Jimmy Carter Dies, Peanut Farmers Everywhere Mourn Their Hero" "Jimmy Carter Leaves Behind Legacy of Love for Country, Peanut Butter, and '80s Rock Music" "Jimmy Carter Passes Away, World Mourns Loss of Last Politician to Use a Typewriter" Apparently it thinks he’ll outlive Rosalynn! “Peanut farmers everywhere mourn their hero” is my personal favourite. Those brave peanut farmers!

Really hoped him and Rosalynn would make it to 80 years. Not many couples who married in 1946 are still alive and together!

Who's Going To Be Around For A While?
oldhollywood replied to Banshees Scream's topic in DeathList Forum
I can see Jane Fonda making it to 100. Hope I haven’t jinxed her -
Oh no, RIP I can’t see anybody matching her and Kane Tanaka for a relatively long time. Gonna be hard to keep track as much when it doesn’t feel so… groundbreaking. Also it’s sad that 1907 is the earliest anyone alive has lived through. I remember when the last person from the 1800s passed and that doesn’t feel too long ago
-
Eva Marie Saint is another glaring omission. She’ll be 99 this year
-
I find it hard to believe she hasn’t been included this year. Feel like it might be another pretty big miss. Hoping she makes it to 100+ though or pulls an Olivia de Havilland and lives well into her 100s
-
Crazy to think she was the same age Katharine Hepburn would’ve been if she were alive today
-
Eva Marie Saint Nancy Olson
-
Kahoru Furuya has died. The top 10 was unchanged for over 4 months until today
-
I’d argue that Olivia Newton John was the “biggest” August death
-
Eva Marie Saint - 98, oldest currently living Oscar winner Nancy Olson - 94, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Sunset Boulevard I would be sad if either of them left us next year
