I predict the grim reaper is going to confound sceptics and be its most powerful yet like a super strong enema in 2024 moreso than recent years equalling or even beating 2020

Jimmy Carter can't last more than a few weeks. He spends most of his time sleeping and his anniversary with Rosalynn is coming up. He'll either go in the next week or in the first week of July. Noam Chomsky was probably sent home to die. Like Carter, he's at high risk of dying in the next week. However, I could also see him reaching August, but not long enough to see his supporters pounce on the DNC. Aside from that, Fritzl, Bugner, and Redgrave are the first who come to mind. -

We're overdue for a hit. I think we'll be getting more than one hit in the next few weeks. -
A bit of clarification: Greason and Teasley are the last players from when the Negro Leagues were considered Major Leagues (1920-1948). The Negro Leagues lasted well beyond 1948, but Greason and Teasley are the only "Major League" players left.

This leaves Bill Greason (1924) and Ron Teasley (1927) as the last living Negro League* players. Teasley, Greason, and Mays were all going to get together for a Negro League tribute at Rickwood Field this Thursday.

I saw John Cleese on tour last night. He spent the evening showing film clips, telling Monty Python stories, and discussing his old age. He says that he had a pacemaker implanted six weeks ago. During the Q&A, an audience member asked him how long he had left to live. Cleese responded "I've probably got another seven or eight years. I'm not terribly scared to die, I just don't want to die yet."
