Ozzy and Jack had a series on History in the US a few years ago, and Ozzy consistently brought up Randy and how much he was impacted by his death. So I drew a reasonable conclusion that the death of another bandmate wouldn't be good for Ozzy given his... condition? I'm not sure how you could describe whatever Ozzy's health is at the moment.

Here in the US, at least on ABC which happens to also be owned by the same company that owns National Geographic (who seem to be producing a documentary on this), they led with the idea that the two climbers in question were the first up Everest, which is almost impossible to prove. I have no idea why they would. The BBC meanwhile is taking the responsible route and not focusing on that at all.

Well I just learned something... It was portrayed in the media that he got it because he was the first black leader of a major Western country, and perhaps even more so that he wasn't Bush, rather than his policies. I remember him getting it and almost no one said he should have.

The US media is hinting at the idea of reconciliation between Harry and Charles, depending on who you ask either because Charles is more sick than we've been let on or because there is a bit of a rough patch in his marriage. William is obviously not terribly interested, but this could certainly signal something of an improvement in Harry's mental state, assuming he isn't forced into a long and protracted divorce battle if the latter of the two theories is true, which would probably push him out of any contention for the list for a while yet. Apparently his own doctors approved it, at least according to what I've seen... Surely they wouldn't if he was in need of it? This is key. We haven't heard of a lot of the scurrying about as when his mother was quite ill, like an uptick in training on reporting his death (or a number of reporters keeping around extra black suits more than usual). The papers, even the tabloids, haven't hinted at it, nor have the gossip blinds or sites which Megan would surely leak to if she (or Harry) knew anything was quicker or more serious than we've been told...

Yeah I can definitely see why people would drop him, and why the committee would decide to keep him far away from the list next year. He seems to be nowhere close to qualifying.

Does anyone know when he last got a photo of any of the senior working royals? Every article I can say implies that he was accredited to take photos of the Royal Family up until he died, but I can't seem to find when he last did so of someone who wasn't Megan or Harry.
