Well! I'd like to see if anyone could possibly disagree with that!

    Michael Jackson

This can never be a realistic test when one is aware that it is for a short term and that one will return to a better lifestyle. I doubt he would survive 20 minutes down a coal mine. And if he did come out alive, he would find out how it is to be black again.

    New Here and saying Hi.

Speak for yourself, mine's a perfect likeness. (And there are a few members who've got pics in their profile rather than as their avatars. I believe the Four Horsemen has trimmed down since then.) I was only referring to members whose name is Matt. I believe your name isn't Matt. I'm not sure about T4H but suspect he is called something else if that picture is really him.

    Pope John Paul

My observation is that although the Roman catholic Church is extremely conservative on a number of issues, the general trend is a slow though progressive one towards making some concessions to human nature and the necessity for living in the 21st. century. The distressing trend in elected governments appears to be in the other direction. Blind dogma and fundamentalism. Lert's hpoe the next pope is an outspoken one. Doubt it though. On a different note, at the moment when I heard that JP2 had died, I was performing the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Exactly the same thing I was doing when I heard that Princess Diana was dead. Can anyone else report a similar similarity?

Is the pope dead? Or George W. Bush?

Don't we already have a Matt?? Two in fact if I am very much mistaken. Although you are the only one who has a picture of himself for an avatar. (I assume Weatherman isn't a Manilow clone though it is tempting to imagine him as one) But seriously, I'd go along with most of what you write on your site. Good to have you on board!

I suppose if "food" can rhyme with "blood" the "palm" could possibly rhyme with "com" but it's pushing poetic license a bit far isn't it Typhoid? Good poem though.

It would be nice if we could all go about naked together without being accused of sexual perversion, but unfortunately due to the Victorians and perpetuated by pseudo-moralistic religious conservatives who require our guilt to keep their bank balances full, our society doesn't allow that sort of thing and probably never will. However it would also be nice if Michael Jackson wasn't a filthy perverted child molester so those who like that sort of thing could enjoy his music. But he is one (allegedly) so they can't. They should make him work down a coal mine for a month. Then he'd find out what real life is like.

  10. A wee boy wants a dog His Maw and Pa decide, "okay, it i'll be his dug and he can walk him and feed him, no problem. So the parents ask their boy "whit kinda dug wid ye like" he replies "a Coconut Dug", "Aye, okay" So the parents start looking for a "Coconut dug", they ask neighbours and friends if they have ever heard of a "coconut dug breed", no joy, so they try the local petshops, kennels etc. Still no joy! The kid's birthday is drawing near, and eventually they decide to tell the lad "Look son, Coconut Dugs dinae exist! Is there anything ye want" the wee boy protests "Coconut dugs dae exist" cos he's seen wan doon the shops, Missus MacDonald frae roond the corner, said "Oh Jeanie, look at the Cock oan 'at dug"

Better than calling him Earnest or Dusty. Or even Ray. I wonder if he has a sister called Dinah? Or Megan?

I shouldn't wory too much about it. Everyone does it. Never seen it on the Deathlist before though. Does your mother know?

Asking as a heathen, and an ignorant one at that; if one is given the last rites, is that it? May they be given again if one recovers? Can they be revoked? Who holds the record for the most rites? What is a rite anyway? Just wondering. The last rites are given to the sick and dying. His Holiness had them once before when he was shot (by the KGB with Vatican support allegedly). I don't think it's necessary to revoke them. But this time it is for real. Extreme Unction is another, to my mind much better way of putting it. edit Latest news here Pope suffering septic shock /edit

  16. Wow a lot of time and thought (?) ,must have gone into this, am surprised and perhaps slightly perplexed to discover i now have a big C##k, as a female I have never been the owner of ('had' seemed to much of an ooh aah missus reponse!) a c##k big or small, i must say I am slightly gratifed that the author(s) of this sight deem me worthy of having a big one!!!!!! Hopefully when I am reincarnated ( ) in the next life, I will be a male Pyrenean Mountain Dog with the aforementioned attribut. any Pyr owners will know what i mean' Cheers Aha! a "coconut" dog, you mean? Nice to have another Scot on board, and one from the West coast as well, to even out the current imbalance a bit. Welcome! Notapotato (fae Ehberdeen)
  17. I posted that already. Mr Josco was very scathing about it as I recall.

    Pope John Paul

The good news is that if you google "Pope John Paul", Deathlist doesn't come up on the first page. Or on the next page, nor indeed on any of the next 36 pages, after which I stopped looking. So even if His Holiness has as many supporters in Scouseland as Emlyn did, we may possibly be spared the same degree of flaming rants as back then. Incidentally, a google for Emlyn brings up Deathlist on 4th place, nearly 5 months after his untimely demise.

Oh no! Could he be yet another pervert? So you reckon he could be a bottom-botherer as well as a God-botherer?

My Lord, Idleness being, as we know, the Devil's pillow, isn't it better that we should be doing something, however unoriginal or repetitive than to have inactivity lead us into temptation. We don't enjoy it any more than you do, you know.

I think in this case he should get at least one point deducted for not reminding us that we are a sad lot of w**nkers.

You are right, Vile Body, but Scottish/English rather than US/UK. My Scottish Calvinistic roots misled me to interpret "minister" as "minister of religion" rather than as one of the government variety. The Vicar in Dad's Army was played by Frank Williams. Born in 1931 and seemingly not dead yet, he looked like this back then: And like this more recently: He is as holy as anything and still very much on the go doing motivational speaking for church groups.

I see www.amandasdiary.co.uk is not yet taken. Boudicca, if you are a web genius, perhaps you could have a go at sorting the search box on the Deathlist. It seems to be beyond our resident boffins to get it working properly again. Amanda, 165 Quid sounds like an awful lot seeing as the mechanic didn't do much really. If you could drive the car again then it's an intermittent fault. Could easily be one of those relays. I reckon there's still some life in the old bus. I also reckon there is a virus going about which is giving people spots, so I'm pretty confident yours will clear up soon. especially as the weather should improve. Good night, then.
