I got 8 because I re-thought the smoking answer, overruling the "social class" / "education" argument, owing to the UK prices I remember too well. Based on UK prices I doubt people could afford to smoke much on a $20,000 salary compared to those on a $80,000 salary so they may as well just quit. The $20k translates to about £12.8k, not considering stoppages. So that's not going to be the ~45% of Belgium but perhaps 5 - 10% (???), I'll go for 7.5%, taking us to £11,840. According to these people the average price per packet is £6.13, so that's £2237.45 up in flames or just under a fifth of their salary (19%). No wonder 40 a dayer Dot Cotton has had the same wardrobe for 25 years! And so Mathematics is why I changed my mind. History repeateth.

Wacko lived most of his latter years in a hotel whizzing around the corridors in a golf buggy, or so THAT documentary retold. I could see you banged up in a hotel somewhere. For some strange reason thinking about your plans has made me think of . Anyway back to hotel deaths: Robert Kennedy (in the kitchen with the revolver) and the obligatory obscure Belgian.

Football? There was football being played today? No, I think you are quite mistaken. I find no evidence of any matches being played on the south coast or otherwise. Bastards.

Stem cells. Clive Dunn's stem cells. That is the elixir of eternal life.

Spend it on a world map, like I just did. Always wanted one of these, and I've just ordered one. It's huge, about 6ft x 3ft, but it'll enable me to exercise my fantasies of global domination penchant for mapping the world's renewable energy industry in a nice visual way. Is the paper from a renewable source? Is it recycled? I hope you are going to put a nice pin in Belgium, annotated "material of the future". I could even send you a nice picture or TEM micrograph to go with it.

Another tool blamed for bad workmanship. Anyway, formal requests for name change can be posted here. regards, Hein I request (s)he changes his/her name to Tumbleweed. Failing that, Victoria Wood.

Now we're talking. This is where the real football is to be found. This will knock the likes of Terry and Grant off of the front pages. JPT, stuff of dreams. Hopefully we'll see you, as the runners up, at Wembley. Either way Tuesday will be a nice warm up to "wave a fiver at a Pompey fan day" on Saturday.

Hmm. I want to ask why you ended up on a polygraph and, specifically what you lied about, but I'd never know whether your answers are truthful. Bugger. 'Tis a quandry, no?Yes. I mean No. No. Yes?Probably. Definitely maybe.I find that hard to comprehend! It wasn't me. I deny all knowledge. There must be some kind of mistake. regards, Hein Whatever.

I'd say this Jarrod would probably get a good return for his $1700 with the established media outlets. Has Max Clifford contacted him yet?

Well the French do call an orgasm the 'little death'... Arriver, c'est mourir un peu. Fi donc! Hein Oufti! Nom di dju!

Why don't you start a bloody poll then. I for one do not feel that way, any wishful thinking deaths are just tongue in cheek. Are you just towing the party line with Fidel, you being an USAian and all that, or do you personally have grounds to see him shuffle off of his mortal coil? I do feel your incessant drivel on significant deaths is a waste of your time. I'd hazard a guess most people ignore it (but would never assume most of the DL's readership feel this way). Not only is it dull but several of the names you string out are non-entity pelebrities that only you care about or are aware of from your collection of snuff/porn or whatever genre it is you harp on about. Ah, that's better. Nothing like a bit of victimisation to combat the ennui.

Ditto except Lithuania was my Achilles heel. Have you tried level 9? That's a bitch. You have to rotate and resize them before pinning them on the proverbial donkey. -
Sod CITR, it looks like you need to focus more in science, stats, logic etc. Then perhaps you wouldn't come out with nonsensical claptrap. However, you seem young, so there's time yet to realise what is and is not phony.

Intriguing, I wonder where he got his inspiration from? ? ? ? ?

Ugh, I didn't know that! I will have to check which one I used, but I doubt if they would all have it anyway. For one thing, I've never emailed the ex-colleague, it's a Christmas-cards-only sort of thing. Here's my bet hedged "or summat". If you have these people's email addresses on the account you signed up with then Facebook can locate them. It might seem creepy but I think it's fascinating how they can make these links if what I just said isn't the case. That and the six degrees application (that I can no longer find) that you used to find out how you could be linked to someone if you didn't already know them. I now know of people I know who know people I do not know who know people I know. However this all probably stems from the fact I'm someone who likes to discover things so I guess that could be why I don't find it creepy. Could you please discover why we have a total w***er like Peter crouch playing for us? Many thanks. We'd happily take him back! And I'm relishing the fact we've a local derby coming up. That is of course if the Pompey squad can afford the bus fare. PAY UP POMPEY, POMPEY PAY UP.

It doesn't help that Britain are as rubbish at the Winter Olympics as they are. But it's not surprising, there are no proper mountains and look what happened to the country when it got a dusting of snow this year. Two weeks of complete chaos. The only things Britain have had any success in are frozen shuffleboard and ice dancing, which have to be in the top five for Cyril Softiest sports imaginable. I liked the theme tune to Ski Sunday.

Two DDP'ers very much hope that the rumour is true... She's worth ten points. Oh it's true alright. Question is, will she get the British obit? Is reality TV's pull so strong that even cast members of an American show far past its prime gain national attention in Britain? Well I left her off my DDP list, so given my January track record in any given year, probably so. Jade Goody got worldwide attention (well she made the Belgian Metro at least) so theoretically it's possible. However this "survivor" hasn't chosen a good time for it, what with a suspected 200k deaths in Haiti and a high anti-american sentiment with the imminent arrival of Dairy Milk flavoured Kraft cheese slices. My verdict? A NOR B - not UNEXPECTED; not SIGNIFICANT.

I guess there ain't no telling who you might meet at the car wash.

Put a donk on it I wonder what the sign language is for big fish, little fish, cardboard box? (hears distant groan) -
reportedly dead Hakimullah Mehsud and his Successors

May I commend you on your fine choice of a DDP pick! I wonder if the attack took place on the 13th or 14th of the month? I take it you have Mehsud too DDT? By what DP moniker do you go by? Just read that the Pakistani Taliban are denying Mehsud was hit They would do that wouldn't they. Maybe Wali-Ur-Rehman and Qari Hussain were in the compound at the same time giving me a treble hit. Has anyone ever had 3 in one day. I dream on. Killing three radicals with one drone? :tumbleweed: -
Bastard! Here was me thinking there'd been a widescale terrorist attack at Fratton park and owing to financial worries they hadn't been able to renew their insurance policy. Grrr.

Windsor, you may be right. The opposition doesn't inspire many people, the electorate are bored and we shall probably end up with a hung parliament. The real question is why the hell would he (or anyone else) ever want the job. The mess that he has created will take forever to clear up. The debt facing the country is staggering. If any one can't be bothered to read all of this the pertinent figures are on page 13: Total debt is around £4,090 billion which equates to 270% of GDP (worse than Zimbabwe) and is around £70,000 for every UK inhabitant. Bring back William Hague! Can't we invent financial services EU subsidies, akin to keeping French farmers in jobs purely because it is their birth right regardless of whether their business is commercially viable? In the words of Alan Partridge (EU give us our) cashback! Let the Germans maintain our unhealthy birth right of unsecure credit. Cameron is weasily, I don't like him. If we do have to have a Tory government fuck us over further at least let us have a laugh in the process, get Boris in the post. I haven't said it in a while so in case you have forgotten my stance, all politicians are a crock of shit.
