He is definitely a marked man now that he has won the election.

    Richard O'Sullivan

Richard O'Sullivan is still alive, but has been in poor health for the longest while. Paula Wilcox (Chrissy) and Sally Thomsett (Jo) are also alive and kicking. Yootha Joyce (Mildred Roper) died August 24th, 1980. Here is a link with an update on all the stars: Man about the house - Where are they now? Hope that helps. ff

    Nancy Reagan

Bill Clinton was the savior of the United States, even more so than Christ was ever the savior of mankind. Bush and his fellow looting Republicrumbs are selling our country down the river. We need to criminalize any mention of god in our public discourse as it manages only to give the Nazi-esque religious fanatics a martyristic goal. The government of the US needs to nationalize the farms and other strongholds of religious fanatacism in this country before it turns into the Middle East of the West. Surely you must have some sort of mental illness to be talking like that.....Downs Syndrome?? Obsessive Compulsive Disorder??? , If you need me, I will be down the street humping monica America prospered under President Clinton and has stagnated under President George Bush and his neo-con allies.

    Ronald Reagan

Actually, the older I get, the more I see Reagan's incompetence... The current "war" in Iraq is simply more funding for the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned of, possibly the only honest view that SOB ever espoused. Reagan certainly displayed incompetence and I can agree with you on that one.. ie. the Iran Contra affair arming Saddam Hussein the 1980's savings and loans scandal deploying U.S. troops to Beirut, Lebanon They all resulted in disastrous and financially costly consequences for the United States. The President who tops everyone in terms of incompetence though is George Bush. We all know that the Iraq war was based on a lie and is more about control of the Middle East oil supply than about the supposed weapons of mass destruction.

    Elaine Stritch And Donald Sinden

I do have a faint memory of that sitcom. As a kid in the 70's, I used to watch it on the tele. It's a shame that Three's Company, which was started later is the more famous of the two.

    Nancy Reagan

Getting back to the topic I do believe that Nancy Reagan passes the famousness test, but I have not found any news references to her being in ill health. For that reason, I would not include her in my 2005 list. But that is only my humble opinion.

    Billy Smart

I also support Billy Smart’s nomination for the 2005 list, as it does not look like he has too much time left. His doctors have decided against his and his family’s wishes to stop his chemotherapy treatment.

More Ideas & Possibles for 2005

President Alvaro Uribe of Columbia has survived more than 10 attempts on his life. The Columbian authorities have just thwarted another assassination attempt. Police foil plot to kill Uribe

    General Pervez Musharraf

Lets not forget that General Pervez Musharraf has many enemies, within and outside Pakistan. Many of them are concentrated among the radical fundamentalist elements in his country. While, I agree that he has one of the largest security apparatus, he is still a moving target.

    Former First Ladies

I have not seen any recent news on her since 2002, when she was hospitalized following a stroke. She still is a possibility for 2005, as she has been in poor health for a number of years.

    Ian Paisley

He made an appearance last week and he was very old and frail. It looks like he does not have too much time left. He certainly has my nomination for 2005. Frail Paisley

    Manuel Noriega

According to this article below, he is scheduled to be released in 2007, as they have deducted several years off his sentence for good behaviour. Noriega hospitalized Manuel Noriega is in prison as a result of trumped up charges by the U.S. govt. He only got on President George HW Bush's bad side when he refused to allow Panama to be used as a staging ground for covert operations against Nicaragua.
