Oh, I wouldn't worry about it. The footage is far too fuzzy and shaky to desensitise anyone. Apart from desensitising them to shoddy camerawork, that is. Actually, that'd be awful. BAN THIS SICK FILTH!

It does actually cost far more to execute prisoners than to keep them alive what with the huge legal fees, the need to build new buildings etc. I don't have any links to back this up because it's 1am on Saturday night so you'll just have to trust me.
