Thanks to "Legion" for bumping this thread up again, I had missed it previously. People often mention the Drive-by-rant score, but where can I find the scoring info for that?

At last, an honest admission from Mellor.

He's been transferred to a hospice. Even doctors have joined us in playing the waiting game now.

Yes, Entropy, but they didn't have him on their derbydeadpool's either.

Great news folks! There is a chance that he may live out the year after all. Now that the bleeding in his brain has been stopped he could mimic the demise of his great friend Yasser Arafat by speading his last period on earth in a vegetative state. Here's the infrom from CBC:
-
Sky News certainly were saying that he was 'clinically dead', but they now seemed to have upgraded it to "the outlook is bleak".

I thought that this was going to be another Michael Barrymore thread.
-
No, I'll be shocked if he leaves the operating theatre alive.
-
Well, he's out of surgery now.
-
It's certainly not looking good, the BBC say he has several more hours of surgery ahead of him. It was a 'masive stroke' so if he survives he will probably have severe brain problems. He's not going to make out the year.

Me too. -
Never mind all that. Is he likely to die soon or not? Frankly, that's all that matters.

But, but, but... How can someone be passed out as the oldest living person. Did someone change their date of birth by deed pole?

Why is he included? I can't find anything about his health anywhere. The only recent news is that he's sueing his ex-nurse for defamation after she claimed that he made sexual advances towards her.

Just a minute, young man. I'll have you know that I have a paltry 16 points with 3 hits (including joker) and am at position 67.

I thought it was the Irish term for idiot not because they spell it that way but because it comes out that way when they say it. Like filum for film. Did someone call?

Is "Richard Prior" too subtle? (or just plain crap)

Should the headline be "Less Dennis"?

His arms are tired, so he's just having a little rest.

Yep, it was all a fuss about nothing: Recovering singer Collins due home soon Singer Edwyn Collins is recovering well and is due to return home soon, after suffering a brain haemorrhage last February, according to his wife. In a recent posting on the singer's official website, his wife Grace wrote: "He is advancing in all areas. He took his first steps in recent times. Wonderful stuff." "Edwyn is doing really well," she said. "He's a bit cheerier because he gets home for good in three weeks." Collins was moved to an undisclosed specialist unit after being discharged from London's Royal Free Hospital. The 45-year-old singer had two operations after suffering cerebral haemorrhages. He also contracted superbug MRSA while being treated in hospital during his recovery.

Luckily, Deathlist non-nominee, Christian Slater, escaped from being assassinated by a loon in London's theatreland last night. BBC News Report
