Executions - If a pick still alive at pool end that picks potential points should be deducted from the team's score. Just a thought..

I agree, the world cups are getting better. Rugby has always been a thinking man's game. Football doesn't come close, played by brainless, cynical, cheating tossers, I'm not a fan of either but I watched the England match yesterday and it was fantastic once the ref realised that no amount of "assistance" for the Aussies was going to help them. (I'm thinking of the number of times Australia pulled down a scrum but England were penalised) I just enjoy the violence..how many footy players would last the full time if they had to dirty their manicure and you can only claim injury if blood is gushing?

Oh piss...I was just about to deride you for posting bollocks again as his death was reported in 'the dead' thread and you posted a "witty" comment but I can't find a source that actually confirms it..yet Quote fixed

Go on tell me where it is, as much as I find the thought of you all being real people scary, I like being drunk and badly behaved, so you never know I might attend

Real or ethereal? I'm beginning to think I missed something subtle..., no surprises there!

I'm one of those people that don't mind Holidays, but really I don't even want to hear about Christmas until like December 1st. All these 50% off sales. For me it completely ruins the spirit of holidays to walk into a store and see wreaths hanging in October. Now to me 'that's jingle bells' It's aggravating. I have to agree, the supermarkets are already selling "festive" things and that really bugs me, but time off work for any excuse for a piss up religious holiday is fine by me. I don't get a Halloween holiday though which is quite disappointing.

Sorry, gripping? I don't think a McLaren 1-2 today would have done anything for 'spygate'. I'd guess they had decided in advance that it was better just to let Ferrari have the constructors with an emphatic win. Ferrari would surely have to tell Massa to support Kimi! -
Tragic - I credit McRae (and Senna) for sparking my interest in motorsport, without charismatic personalities like them who had an almost suicidal desire to win, I doubt I would have become a fan. RIP

Although the fine is a scary amount of money, I think the points will be what McLaren will want to get back on appeal. If they don't try to get the points reinstated surely when one of their drivers wins the title it will still be considered to be unfair and not a "real" win. Which will be a shame if Hamilton gets it. -
And do you? I do, re-reading last night's drunken posts is well funny. I also discovered "chat" last night, my hangover isn't nearly as bad as I deserve

I think the world is unadvised or more the less, misinformed. I think various issues are overrated or hold lack of evidence and countless assholes back up theory's that in the end are completely pointless. For example, why should gambling be 'by law' illegal in the United States? Everybody gambles anyway. Another example is Marijuana. I mean drugs can be harmful if misused, weed is not harmful. Weed is something that can be very beneficial. I think people who seriously think weed is such a big deal need a major wake up call. The bottom line is most politicians don't know the correct way to manage their responsibilities. It's a shame this world just can't go the right way, it's a shame that planes can't just fly and land where they are supposed too. It's a shame we send soldiers to kill wack job sheet heads and at the same time, innocent people are killed. I think it's a shame not all the methods are in place. I think it's a shame people hate other people, I think people need to learn 'what is what' and I think people need to figure out what peace means. You would think Adolf Hitler or Saddam Hussein and all the rest of these delusional scum bags would strongly convince future generations to come out of this animal like nature and realize that life is about being good unto one another, but I guess nobody has figured that out yet. Hmmm, completely off topic but I mostly agree with you Banshee. The world has gone mad, there doesn't seem to be any drive to "live and let live". The philosophy is "think my way or your wrong and I'll wage a war on you", I don't get it. Anyhow, it appears Jerry has some friends to defend him!
