Looks more like Throwing A Guitar Down A Staircase.

I know one thing for sure - it won't be anybody I've ever heard of.

^ Two posts not naming the deceased. Please remember to give the name or it will not show up in a search.

Oh! I didn't know which one you meant, so went to look , and the quiz had entirely different questions from the one I did. And still no shirt front .....

I got 9. I didn't understand the aeroplane one.

2 hours ago, Sean said:I am guessing it was a fall given the fact he was so well the other day and the fact the media aren`t saying "died peacefully".Also he hurt his arm a while back presumably from a fall.
The RTL link posted by Supiot says that he died in his sleep.
Selon nos informations, Charles Aznavour, dernier des géants de la chanson française, est mort dans son sommeil à son domicile dans les Alpilles, dans le sud de la France.

Hmmm, let's try Pierre Cardin for a French double.

That's very sad news, but marvellous that he went out still active and performing at such a grand age.

I quite like him, he sounds so old-fashioned. Wouldn't want to listen to a whole album though.

I suppose I should make the effort to watch 'Xanadu' sometime, since it starred
and seems to have destroyed the career ofMichael Beck, who played Swan in my favourite film 'The Warriors'.- 1

We don't give two shites about any other Steve Smiths, notably those you listed.

This would suggest that Eleanor of Aquitaine is the only woman who has reigned longer.Maybe splitting hairs here, but Aquitaine was a Duchy not a kingdom. So technically Eleanor was never a queen regnant.

I had one and found some shyster had put their old radiators in it overnight...
You can't post them back through their letterbox when you don't know who it was, you can't just chuck them on the road, its stealing basically but nothing you can do.
...made my blood boil good and proper.
Yeah, I know .... Mind you, my neighbour says when he's had skips he's found that more people pinch stuff out of it than they put in.
I've bunged as much as I can in for today, so hopefully I'll get it all in if I don't hang about.

What is this doing in the Deathlist forum anyway? It's not about Judi Dench. Fine, let's have the debate, but in extra-curricular and with a more suitable title.

It's a whole other topic, but I am uneasy about this sort of thing, as he hasn't afaik actually been found guilty of anything yet.
There was a similar situation with an actor in the BBC's Agatha Christie adaptation that was shown around Christmas. He was replaced although I think there was only one person who had made allegations against him.

Well! the stupidity of people never ceases to amaze.
Where the skip was to be dropped is just after a blind corner, and the skip lorry had to position itself right across the whole road for a few minutes.
I went to warn drivers approaching the corner, but a coach driver had helpfully stopped his coach there to hold the traffic back.
There was a decent gap between the coach and the skip lorry, which was just as well for the tosser driving a LGV who overtook the coach (yes, on the blind corner) and was then confronted with the reason why the coach had stopped.
Then a twat in a car came sailing past on the wrong side of the road and just managed to avoid the front of the skip lorry. Luckily nobody was proceeding (legally) the other way.
Anyway I have smashed a load of glass into the bottom of the skip and feel better for it

Yep, new album and tour.
I noticed because he is playing St Mary's Stadium Southampton. Having seen the Stones there earlier this year, I said it was a nice venue and very well organised and they should put on more gigs.
