Agree with Biblio. When Game Of Thrones was on, I usually watched it when I got up in the morning.
But it was amazing how many people thought it was a choice between watching at 2 am or waiting for the scheduled broadcast at 9 pm. They just couldn't see that once it had been shown, you could watch it on catch-up whenever it suited you.

I had a letter from her today - well, not her personally but on her behalf. It was to thank me for something we did locally to mark her birthday (9 January).
Letter was dated 23 Feb so it must have fallen down behind the throne or summat.
I think it must have been composed even earlier as it wished us a Happy New Year.

Agreed, the kind with a hook are much more useful and versatile than the others. I don't need a walking stick but I always take one when walking in the countryside, especially with dogs.
It comes in handy for all sorts of things. Bashing down nettles, pulling down branches to reach fruit, testing the depth of water, holding back brambles .....
I once saw an old man who had fallen on the pavement (I was driving in traffic, so couldn't help). He was beside some railings and he had hooked his walking stick around the top bar and was managing to pull himself up.

Ridiculous, isn't it. It's particularly common with young children in the photo as they tend to fidget and mess about and it's difficult to get one shot where everybody kept still.
So you lift a better image from another shot and paste it in.
I remember the photo of the late Queen with her great-grandchildren had people crying "photoshop" because it looked as it Louis had been pasted in. Most likely he was, so what?
