People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...
Ulitzer95 replied to Vaagheid's topic in DeathList Forum
One from my centenarians longlist: Former Senior Vice President of the University of Southern California, Anthony Lazzaro (wiki), supposedly dead at 100. -
Time for a random name of interest from my longlist: Abd-Al-Minaam Khaleel (wiki), Egyptian Army general who was in command of the Second Army during the Yom Kippur War of 1973. He turned 100 on April 1st. Here's a video of him on the occasion. He looks healthy and gives a long speech at an event marking the occasion. Could be around for a while yet.

@arghton, just noticed I missed one from your list. George Drennen Fischer is still alive. Born November 19, 1925 in Iowa according to the official records. A residency search brings up a George Drennen Fischer, 95, living in Norwalk, Iowa as of 2021. Means he's the 2nd oldest living survivor of the Masterlist after Ted Knap, who turns 101 tomorrow. BTW, back to James H. Laird... the October 1964 edition of Newsweek says he was 45 then, so born c. 1919.

@arghton, had a look at the other 2 names. Can't find anything for George Hillman, but given that he set his first company up in the 1940s, he's likely deceased. William Ruder died in February 2011, aged 89. NY Times death notice. @YoungWillz, yeah you're probably right. The enemies list was part of the whole Watergate incident. I'm sure you remember the whole thing well.

Love your originality @ladyfiona, keep it up!

Love the Nixon Master list. Been a few years since we last visited it. Researched the first two unknowns from the list. James H. Laird or Jim Laird was only with the Philadelphia Inquirer briefly (a few years or so) in the early 70s. He was a Methodist pastor in Detroit, Michigan from as early as the late 1950s so probably dead but who knows. Here's a newspaper clipping with some more info: As for Holmes M. Brown of Continental Can Co., he died in Albemarle County, Virginia in early 2015, aged 100. Local obit (EU blocked). States he was very fit and active to the end. It was his own wish not to have a death notice, date of death released etc. Quite a private man, but the same local paper interviewed him about the Nixon enemies list in 2011 and he joked about it. I'll do the other two names in a bit. Just finishing some work first.

Hollywood Reporter write up. Died from complications of a stroke he suffered 6 months ago. Worth noting that the Hollywood Reporter have now scrapped their obituaries and obituaries page in a shake up to their website. A poor decision IMO.

I tried to research this one last year and found nothing. Likely died off radar.

Confirmation from Politico. So yesterday was a triple centenarian death day – Gouri Amma, Lloyd and Wolff. Edit: Also worth noting, Wolff was the last member of either houses of Congress who was born in the 1910s. -

U.S. politician Lester Wolff has supposedly died aged 103. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true given this was him last month. -

@edm88, this is incredibly good research! Thanks so much. I've updated all the entries on both page 11 and IMDb as far down as Laura Mason in your findings. Please ping me the source for the other sister. Can you also send me the link to the obit of Michael Butler's father so I can get that processed too? Cheers!
