    Damn, won't anyone die?

Why blame me?!?!?!?!? i'm just the messenger!!!! BTW, another celebrity has teased us with his near death status. His name is Gale Harold. He was in Desperate Housewives and the star of Queer as Folk. He was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and was listed in "critical condition." Reportedly, he was suffering from brain swelling. But alas, he's expected to recover. Another celebrity teases us with being close to death, but surviving. How many is that this year? Kelsey Grammar, Liz Taylor, Morgan Freeman, Travis Barker, DJ AM, Amy Winehouse, Ted Kennedy, Bob Novak, Mr. Blackwell, and Gale Harold. So many celebrities had the potential to die, but they fought the icy cold grip of death and succeeded..... I'm still holding out hope for Amy Winehouse, though. They are holding out the enevitable...

    Damn, won't anyone die?

October is quite a fallow month for the Deathlist. Since 2000, there has only been 5 deaths in that month. The last time this thread was revived was last October...

Who Will Be The Next Us President ?

I work with a few people who can read and write and tie their own shoes and - of late - it's become entertaining to bring up the subject of the Lib Dems and note the odd phenomena that even some fairly well sussed people go blank for a second and say....'who is their new leader?' Once they're swept aside at the next election I wouldn't bet against a few in the party agitating for a return of the ginger one. I had a hunch when they dumped him that a popularity tailspin would follow. He was the best leader they ever had, but there are no secrets in Westminster anymore. In an earlier age we would not have heard about his 'problem'. Only obliquely...

    The Ones That Got Away...

I beg to differ, in fact, you've eclipsed it - this is one I have found, but I think there are others... 5 in a row I wonder what the record is? Don't bother, it's too sad..

Yes, and those rumours wont go away... Ashley Cole is the classic case of someone believing their own publicity.

Brian Harvey - E17 to 6 Feet Under?

Something to do with him being a Rhodes scholar perhaps? Really not too sure what David Icke's reasons were. Here's the full list of the (alleged) evil reptilian shape shifters: The British Royal Family Bill Clinton Hillary Clinton (a "high Illuminati witch") Al Gore (Icke says Gore is a "serious blood drinker") Dick Cheney Robert C. Byrd Henry Kissinger Tom Foreman, CNN Correspondent (Long time post-acadian swamp reptilian. Big Time)) William F. Buckley (whom Icke says is a "head of the elite JANUS mind control operation based at NATO headquarters in Belgium which trains mind-controlled psychic assassins") Edward Heath Tony Blair (perhaps not a reptilian, more likely a "mind- controlled multiple") Peter Mandelson Rupert Murdoch Bob Hope ("Life-time asset of British Intelligence, mind-controlled slave handler") Frank Sinatra Billy Graham Pat Robertson ("high Illuminati priest") Kris Kristofferson Boxcar Willie Bill O'Reilly Jim Davidson Andrew Marr David Aaronovitch ("high-order reptilian")Richard Littlejohn Pierre Trudeau Brian Mulroney He has obviously been watching too much Doctor Who... And David's brother wrote for it!

    Holiday Thread

Right, well having booked and paid a deposit on a room, my dirty weekend is now off (at least I was the dumper this time). Anyone want to come to Blackpool for the weekend? No, didn't think so - therefore my choices are a) don't go, and spend the weekend at home drinking wine and eating lard, whilst crying into my pillow. b ) go on my own and look like a sad loser. c) drag an unsuspecting member of the public into my car at knifepoint and make them pretend they are my lucky conquest for the weekend. Cast your votes.....now. Is it too late to put myself forwards? Can I be the unsuspecting member of the public? Will you promise to drag me into you car, drive me at an erratic high speed to Blackpool, throw me onto a bed and do unspeakable things to me? He who dares, he who dares! Well I suppose you'll have to do, nobody else has registered an interest I'll be happy if you took me to the Doctor Who exhibition (therefore completing a 29 year ambition - see earlier post) - then you can do with me what you will! Just for you... Thanks...

If Blunkett rejoins the cabinet would that make it the blind leading the blind? Certainly would put a new light on being considered politically directionless...

He got pissed basically... Those Q awards are getting earlier and earlier. He must have got well and truly trolleyed, so much so that he spent three days in hospital afterwards. If I had to be at the Q Awards, I'd drink meself to oblivion too..
