Are dodgy kidneys a medical give-away (to identify incestuous behaviour)? Having had SEVERAL pints, my kidneys are now well dodgy. Is it the alcohol or should I start to look at my family in another light?. It's funny you should say that because it's been said that Elizabeth Fritzl will never be able to look her Father in the eye again...

Andy Dibble. He's a mate of mine - damn good chap. Still has physical scars from those burns suffered during a match & mental scars from not being paid when he played for Wrexham. Kevin Drinkell was a forward for Grimsby, Norwich & Rangers, and had nothing to do with Luton or Arsenal, hence my confusion. ANDY DIBBLE! That's the chap. I knew it was a quirky name.... Have I got it right? Who was the Luton goalie who saved the penalty in that 1988 final? The Curse of_______ is a play on the Deathlist 'Curse of Gene Wilder' gag... -

He'll get a suitable obit too. Played about 6 or 7 seasons in the top-flight & won the European Super Cup in 1982 for Villa. I well remember him running rings around our defence (not difficult ) in 1986/1987 when we & Villa were briefly in the same league, if only by name rather than on the pitch. This news, and Mark Kendall's recent death makes me feel a lot older than my years. I struggle to fathom the fact that three of Luton Town's squad & one of Arsenal's are already dead when they meet again to mark Luton's 1988 Littlewoods Cup triumph.... What do you mean, you still are?.....(at least until Sunday) -

Sorry, CP, I meant it as a guide, not a criticism. Guess I was cranky as I was tired & pissed off with Reading FC Anyway, Mamo & Archard added to the list of the lost & site has been updated as normal. Apologies to anyone who received a blank e-mail last update, but you didn't miss much. Will be sorted out for the next update! Now, when the next update DOES take place - the final part of the OOO jigsaw for the DDP will be in place - thanks to TMIB for his suggestion & as usual I have run away & expanded it a little bit:- The DDP History is now complete & includes data right up to Hofmann's death (but not Mamo or Archard yet, cos it's not known if they count yet):- Peruse all you like & make what you will of it here:- http://www.derbydeadpool.co.uk/deadpool2008/DDP_history.html Thanks for the thanks and thanks for the history - I didn't know I was doing so well overall!

It's going to be a long, hard road towards the next general election for Labour. Maybe Labour shouldn't have been so quick to give Tony B the boot. "Let's see, we've just had our best ten year stretch ever. Thanks Tony, off you go, we're handing the reins over to Mr. Bean". Brown should have stayed at doing what he does best, looking after the money, and let a proper PM candidate, like Miliband, take over. Another second of Tony Blair would have too much, no matter who his successor was. If you want Miliband as PM, simply pop off down the high street, pull out the dullest bank manager you can find and you'd struggle to tell the difference. New Labour have destroyed politics in this country...

Rumours true... This might turn out to be good for Labour. If he balls' up in London, it might raise doubts about his Eton toff mate Cameron... GE in 2010 I think...

What's he looking for down there? -
Strange. That article seems to have been removed & there's no other mention that she has passed away - all the Google News seem to indicate she is fighting for her life? Either she's still alive & the Mail have got ahead of themselves (again..) or she's died but the family want a bit more privacy?? A shame if it's true. I don't even particulary like Lampard very much, but I do have sympathy with him as I am very close to my mother the way he is. But not in a Norman Bates way, eh Octopus?

Just another reason to hate Oxford University. If they're not boring us with the boat race, they're forever inviting ar$eholes to address their student union. Last year it was Nazi lover David Irving, now this tool. Not only that, they'll have a Spice Girl and David Cameron coming to speak....

I like the quote about the doctors 'fearing' he'd die. He's the last f****r you'd care about dying!

Oh, I'm not bothered about being a sad W**ker. That comes naturally to me. But intellectual? Me? You are kind, MPFC, but sadly mistaken. I am but a fool compared to some of the intelligensia on here - Twelvetrees, Alphonsin, TAFKAG, Godot & Anubis to mention just five. Handy too & Monoclinic to make it 7. And CP, who has mastered Arabic which is VERY difficult to do. I am the Norman Wisdom to their Claude Levi Strauss. Amd I'm Jerry Desmond....
