Also is still a smoker, though reading through his biography I couldn't find any artical stating that he was in declining health. Perhaps you labeling him as frail is just a bit overated.

Diagreed. With a man who is 93 years of age and in frail condition, a sneeze will send him off to the hospital for a check up. Every time Mr.Ford checks into the hospital, I would take caution, but not celebrate. His routine visits to the docter may be something we all should get used to. Atleast for the time being.
