Godot since you seem to lack opinion lately - I'll give you my personal advice. You can give up making ignorant observations. O and 'Filet mignon' might also be a good idea. If anybody else needs assistance in selecting what they should give up 'for lent' post a few suggestions for me and I'll narrow it down for you. Anyway I haven't decided what I will give up 'if anything' because it's not that I need to give 'anything up' it's more the less changes I need to make which I've been successful as far as that goes. So if anything I could consider giving up drinking ... but we will see what happens.

Bush is a god fearing president who I believe in the end favors 'logic over religion' but of course he has demonstrated his Jesus faith towards accomplishing the goals he has set but 'no' I don't think he is at a Janez Dronovsek level in so many words and I've never heard him say 'I was chosen by god' I don't think a religious president is problematic but I do think the 'Bill Richardson perspective' on religion should really be the goal for the world. 'Freedom to believe in what you want and I will not impose my views' - and that is the solution. But it will never happen.

Well according to doctors his chances of survival are held at a high 50-50 chance which my estimations would probably be more along the lines of a (20% chance) but after all I'm not a doctor so we will just have to wait and see how this rides. So that's your choice. Godot is entitled to his own opinion. Now the economy is in a serious deficit for a majority of reasons and the outlook for 2008 is not looking very optimistic. It's going to be pretty much the top political issue for 2008 and if the people are voting based upon anything at this point it's the essential figure who will attempt to revive the Economy. At this point Hillary Clinton leads in that category.
