Brian Blessed is a great man. A friend of mine is a huge fan, and BB recorded personal birthday wishes for him a few years ago. Not a name I want to see pop up on "The Dead of..." any time soon!

Can you blame them??

Wonderful addition to Deathlist! Danke vielmals!

I'm a believer in 20 for 2020. And with the announcement that PP has signed over Sandringham to Charles, I'm going with our casual racist.

I went with Leon Spinks #2 (not to be confused with Leon Spinks #1, I guess).

Maybe he's just avoiding crowds because of Covid-19 and his weakened immune system?

Mary Higgins Clark - I feel like this is a pretty significant oversight for 2020.

I logged on this morning and there were 6 members and 280+ guests. Normal? Bots? Or has Deathlist gotten some publicity?

Images that have been burned into your mind
N. Fritz replied to the_engineer's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
A classmate of mine died as the result of a car accident that also killed his little sister. I went to the classmate's funeral which was held at a Catholic church. Lots of other kids from our class were there but some were just using it as an excuse to ditch school. One of these boys went up for Communion. He came back to his seat, chawing on the host, with a s***-eating grin on his face. That look of utter disdain for the rite and for the gravity of the situation is emblazoned on my memory. -
Absolutely gutted.

Wasn't Tom Ballard the name of Graham Crowden's character, who was always daydreaming of scaling Mt Everest in "Waiting for God"? Was that homage or coincidence?

Not going anywhere soon. Dodgy pick for 2019

She also states in one of the articles I've read that she's probably lived with the disease undiagnosed for 15 years...

I wish him no ill will, but Elvis Costello is looking pretty peaked on his Twitter feed today (Oct. 12, the drop date of his new album). He was recently diagnosed with an unspecified cancer, according to NPR .
