If what can be gathered from her chemo blog post i think she is has given up her chemo at least until after Christmas, when she said the chemo will have to wait for an answer. I feel she won't go back to the chemo and will die around april /may 2014.

This will be his third major hospitalisation with heart trouble . He had his first heart attack 11 years ago all depends on this operation I guess but I wouldn't be surprised if he dies within the next 14 months.
