I had it and long covid aswell. Strangely enough it cleared up in the winter.Only in the last 2 months did I start to feel myself again. Painful joints, muscle aches and fatigue were the absolute worst of long covid. I thought I had arthritis at one point. I'd advise you to get some vitimin D3 and magnesium plus a multivitamin with iron. I think it depletes your energy and vitimin reserves (whatever the medical term for that is) as your body is constantly fighting it .The joint and muscle pain were down to low magnesium completely cleared up now.

I was a fan of Trump ( one of the few I think on deathlist) and wanted him to beat Hilary and succeed. But His bombing of Syria was his first strike, his second strike was not building the wall (fence doesn't count) and him talking about injecting disinfectant was the final strike for me. Kinda hard to defend that. I'm not left leaning but I guess policies I support like social healthcare (NHS) and a safety net for the most vulnerable and poor some may perceive as left leaning but in reality they're common sense . But I think alot of people on the left haven't come to terms with the fact communism and socialism as just as dangerous as far right politics and there's benefits to having certain conservative policies in place . Protection of borders and deporting criminals is common sense not conservativism.
