I didn't actually dislike it (or any of the others really) but as one who's downvoted My Girl, my reason for doing so is not because its a 'bad' song, it's just not Madness's finest, and inferior to Baggy Trousers. Don't know what I'm going to downvote tomorrow now though. -

At peace. -
That amused me too, 19-year-old Ronald would have buried that (hell, 38 year-old Ronaldo would have). A strangely stilted performance from them, considering the players out there, thought they improved when Dembele came on for Griezeman (a bit like when Watkins came on for Kane previously). I'm sorry to see Portugal go out but not sorry to see Ronaldo go out. Pepe deserved better (still, I wouldn't put it past him to still be around for the World Cup).

Actor Donald Pelmear is 100 today. He's acted on big screen and stage, and has played a multitude of TV roles (including Day of the Triffids, above), but is best known as Professor Rubeish in the Doctor Who story The Time Warrior. -
Here's a legit Cecilia post and fair play, Lily Allen never replies to my trolling.

Appalling Home Sec though.

Labour deselected Faiza Shaheen, so she stood as an independent; between her and Labour they totalled 25k, to IDS's 17.

She's probably just pissed off that she's been asked to hold an umbrella, just in case.

Yes she corrected it a few minutes later (see my edit above).

Hove, Labour hold.

According to Harriett Harman, the new Father of the House is one Jeremy Corbyn. The Mother of the House (even if it isn't an official position) is one Diane Abbott. Edit - Its not Corbyn, its Edward Leigh.

That's my constituency declared, Labour Hold Brighton Kemptown & Peacehaven; apparently lots of spoiled ballots indicating a preference for the former MP Lloyd Russell-Moyle or for Reform (who didn't stand). A low turn-out too 59.96%

Can we have Patel as well?
