Notice this review of Chris Rennard's autobiography ends with a kinda "read between the lines" take on his current health state. Rennard was the man who effectively "built" the Liberal Democrats, targetting by-elections rather than general ones to build up a voter base. He left his post in 2009, and I can't remember the LDs doing anything to ruin their party the following year...

St Albans has a lot of Italians who moved there when it was run down in the 60s and early 70s who bought property at the right time and are now all rich. My father, who emigrated to Northampton, didn't have the same luck. -
One of India's most notorious serial killers, M. Jaishankar, has committed suicide aged 40. At least 19 murders to his name, and possibly closer to 30, he had already escaped from prison twice and had failed in his third escape attempt just two days ago.
