Death Anniversary Thread

CUT THE MUSIC Today in 1999, "Ravishing" Rick Rude died, possibly from complications after injecting [a popular drug for enhanced erections blocked by the spam filters] directly into his dick. -
My boy Antonio Carluccio looking OK at his 80th birthday celebrations here, it'll be a sad day when there's just one greedy Italian left. This also means that he wasn't born in 1935 as the opening post says.

As expected, the Telegraph are the first ones with a Perham QO: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/obituaries/2017/04/19/right-reverend-michael-perham-bishop-gloucester-obituary/

Tory, assuming the Lib Dems don't target. Heavily Brexit-voting area + sitting MP who had a (well-paying) career beforehand she can go back to + MP who doesn't want to work under Corbyn and will have no real desire to campaign that heavily = major swing imho.

Will put an early claim in for Gloria De Piero.

Edwin Valero: 27 fights, 27 wins by knockout. Unfortunately the most important punches he ever landed were the ones he beat his wife to death with in 2010. He hung himself in prison the following day, 19 April 2010.. -

Definitely a somebody and definitely dead after hanging himself in prison. -
I'd be up for that. Pick 10 seats you think will be lost in the GE, if they fall then you score the current majority.

Wouldn't really call a member of the Church of England "religious" tbh.

Yeah, annoyingly the BBC put his death on their local section. Would have thought a Times obit was a cert for him though, may even sneak through ITV's national rather than regional news.
-
The big news of the day, no question. Assumed when he didn't turn up for Easter service anywhere that he was in his final weeks.

Nah, this is manna for Blue Labour, it's a full-blown humiliation for the last vestiges of Beer and Sandwiches Labour. Guacamole and chips from hereon in. -

Well there goes my evenings for the next two months, cheers Theresa. -
Anyway, while we haven't cursed Scotty A to death, why not take some time to read his erotic hypnosis instructions?

Didn't work, damn.

I always have felt like there should be a points multiplier for Theme League picks based on the depth of the pool you're choosing from. "Women" = x1 "People from Coalville" x10 F'rinstance.
-
Sacheen Littlefeather as well. Can we get a theme team going here?

Dreamt that someone started a thread on the DL for nutjob Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams that got no posts but then he died two days later.
