As it's yet to change since I wrote it, the sniff test wasn't intended to get rid of local councillors, oldest people or anyone WEP picks ever. I put a DDP team together in late 2011, then saw I needed a team name, panicked, and just wrote Pan Breed (as in "deid") and by now there's no point changing it.
