Do you think we offended him?

1. I don't see the Queen making a big deal about the 'embrace'. If you have a problem, bring it up with the media. 2. Not all tourists are left wing Argentinians, thus you are hardly representative. 3. Since when did David Cameron look Chinese? It was simply a figure of speech to suggest that the President must have been tired (if you put it in its context). 4. You only need to look at the tourist figures around points of interest. I can't think why anybody would want to go to London were it not for the Royal Link.

Ah come on - lighten up. At least he wasn't racist.

Drop Dead Fred is an old favourite of mine. Granted I first saw it when I was about 10, I still regard it as one of the funniest films I have seen (probably due to nostalgia). I too like 'Bottom', but then I'm someone who doesn't mind non-intellectual, cheap-laugh comedy. When I was in my first years of secondary school, it was a legendary programme amongst my friends. One of the circulating quotes being, "I believe that our diet...has something to do with what we eat...". Like I say, there isn't much to do up this way.

Could have been I suppose...

They were shite. I'm afraid you have fallen for the ploy that 'The Office' is a clever comedy. Thus if you don't laugh, you don't get it, and if you don't get it you must be stupid. Also, what was with the dance. It wasn't that funny either... It is strange though, as I like the American show 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'. It is practically the same style as 'The Office', but I actually find it funny. Most people I know don't like it though.

From the five or ten minutes I saw of Gavin and Stacey it didn't look particularly funny, but compared to Horne and Corden it's comedy genius. I don't like them either. Then again, I didn't find 'The Office' particularly funny. Maybe I have no sense of humour. I found The Office to be overrated too. I do have a sense of humour, just not a very fashionable one. Is this the UK or the US version of The Office? The UK. The only thing I found funny in it was the fat man (the one that wasn't Ricky).

1. HERRING AND ORANGE JUICE Don't eat much fish, and I prefer apple juice. 2. VEGETABLES I don't eat many vegetables. 3. CUSTARD CAKES If custard creams count - occassionally. 4. ALCOHOL I don't drink alcohol. 5. SAUSAGE IN BREAD Every morning when I get into Uni I have a bacon roll for my breakfast. Does that count? 6. BREAD, DRIPPING, SALT Never. 7. PORRIDGE Never. 8. BOILED RICE AND CHICKEN Occassionally 9. COTTAGE CHEESE Don't like it. 10. DONKEY MILK Haven't tried it. If this is the diet that gets you to 100, I don't think I'll be getting my telegram.

Some tips on what to eat if you want to make it to 100 years of age.

Thanks for cheering up what has otherwise been a depressingly boring, monotonous day. (Yes, I'm easily pleased)

This article is the closest I could get to on the issue. The cancer has spread to his spine and pelvis...

The Queen Mother died 7 years ago today.

Michael Jackson is to attend Jade Goody's funeral. Babysitter? At least it would give them a sob story to make a million from.
-
It would be worth while keeping our eye on these fat f***kers.

I can remember a few years back some of my friends thought they saw a ghost. Turned out it was just my Uncle Eric.
-
It was reported in the News of the World that he only has weeks to live. The cancer has spead to his spine.

Did you mean to post that as a guest?

I saw the Jade Goody OK advert tonight (I think it was OK). According to the advert Britain has been plunged into mourning for the great Jade Goody. It really is sickening. PS. "Star in heaven". Perhaps he meant star as in 'top celebrity'?

I, of course, can't say much about Hitler... after all, he was dead before I was born, and some people did think he was a good dictator, some bad... The woman was a war criminal. I refer you to the sinking of the Manuel Belgrano. I wouldn't go as far as to call her a war criminal. I don't care what direction the ship was going in, or who ordered its sinking - there was a war going, these were not civillians, and they were not prisoners of war. In my book, that makes them fair game (although I'm not too good on international law ). Sure. In my book it doesn't make them fair game, and I am sure this is not only because I am Argentinean. In any case, I was making the point because I don't see how "I was 3 at the time" is a reason not to know about your history. Yes, I take you point on history. I was only three when Thatcher left office, but I still have an opinion on her policies. I have said in the past, however, that not being politically aware during the Thatcher years my opinions may be lacking the emotive sentiments that some - with memory and experience of those years - apply to their opinions.
