reminds me of this joke It also reminds me of a joke I heard. Although the wall was around England, and it was the Scotsman who had it filled with water.

Who Do You Think Will Win The Democrat And Republican Nominations?

He will probably end up as McCain's VP candidate. Given the fact that McCain is 71, Romney might be the one cashing in his chips half way through a McCain presidency... Then again - maybe not. -

Be substantially rewarded for helping out a bank. -
The coroner has given Ledger's cause of death as an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.
-
He died 21 minutes earlier in his own thread.

When can we look away? You can look away now. There were no adoring crowds following him around so I had no idea where about on campus he was. He isn't too popular in this University. regards Windsor the failled assassin. I was watching for you Windsor, Mr Salmond was live on STV (and as I voted for him I wanted to see what he had to say) about 5.35 p.m., never saw your pink hat in the background, I assume the Uni security services know you well . Having chosen him to lead our country, how do you feel now that he is threatening to resign? Damn the Scottish Labour Party and Wendy Alexander! He must be hoping that his budget fails. A snap election will give him a greater lead. The smelly fat bastard!

Dead. Damn him.

Rubbish. Edmund Hillary HAS to be first. Then Ledger. Suharto is 4th. Beadle did more globally than Suharto ever did. Ledger my arse! (Insert joke here) He'll be forgotten in five minutes. I didn't even know who he was in the first place... -

Richard Nixon's grandson is running the McCain camp in New York (I think that was what he said). He was saying that he was finding it difficult to keep up with McCain's 96 year old mother. So that is a posibility for DL should McCain get elected in November. Richard Nixon's grandson....is it just me or is the US turning into an elective monarchy... -

Well, it's Super Tuesday. Anybody else excited? Pollsters think that McCain will basically take the Republican nomination on tonight's performance. The Democrat nomination should still be wide open. -

Alex Salmond is supposed to be on campus at Aberdeen University today. Watch this space...
-
They only have a poll in the deceased/resigned MPs constituency. To choose a new MP. Not a nation wide election.
-
I think we have been through this before. There is a difference between an 'MP' and a 'former MP'. You got me all excited at the prospect of a by-election there...

Let him go to Hong Kong. I'd love to see how the Chinese deal with sex offenders...

Did Edward Kennedy ever run for president? Third time lucky and all that... -
If I were a Scottish Nationalist, I'd probably be saying something about oil revenues right about now...

Confuse all your friends. -
Discussed at the committee meeting but discounted because no one had heard of him, other than he was about to die Would you have heard of Elizabeth Edwards if she wasn't sick? Can you name many of the other candidate's spouses except of course old Bill. The answer is yes. Not only is she the spouse of John Edwards, but is also a key member of his campaign team for the Democrat nomination. She is also more well known in the US, as are the other spouses. Although Christodoulos is famous in Greece, that is really as far as his influence goes.
