UK honours are generally not awarded if the service was carried out more than 5 years before the nomination. The award should be made for on going work or continous work over a long period (but still serving). I'm against his knighthood because he's only really getting it for still being alive. She looked pretty tired in this year's Christmas message if you compare it to her other ones and she looked like she was having some pain when she swallowed. You have a point, Lizzie.
