Jimmy Carter. But only because Pope Benedict wasn't an option.
-
Attenborough is less likely to break any bones at his advanced age due to vanity.

I don't think it would be a bad thing to have more people under the age of 90. Admittedly my shadow list has more centenarians than usual this year...
-
I think you've put up the wrong Pope....

Snubbed by the honours committee again this year…
-
in all other instances the vacancy was filled within a year. I think this will be used as their “I’m not a racist” thing.
-
Windsor the Troll and Windsor’s OBE submitted this morning! I fear for the future of my OBE theme team as I note the Order’s Grand Master position has been left vacant since Prince Philip died in 2021. It may be that they are finally going to get rid of the British Empire bit due to the amount of (black/Welsh) people turning down the honour.

Probably best you don't visit. Saying that would make you disappear .

So what you are telling me is if we pick her, we are a power cut away from a points bonanza?
-
She was on my Shadow List. Presuming she is dead but they are keeping shtum. No word on her since the new heir appeared.
-
Were you too old for him then?
-
New Years Honours soon. Lets see whose been rushed on the list before the Grim Reaper gets to them.

Mohammed Deif Born c.1965, Commander of Hamas forces and architect of the recent terrorist attack against the Israel people. Bit of a wildcard considering the number of failed assassination attempts against him so far, but clearly he must be high up the list of Israeli targets.

Jean-Marie Le Pen

It’s been a good week for my top 50…Carter, Kissinger and O’Connor all hits. Sadly too far down the list for DDP success but Jimmy is still offering…
-
That claim aged well…
-
Jimmy Carter
-
Another DDP hit for me. I think we should call the competition quits early this year...
-
My Jokers have this annoying habit of surviving.
-
DDP hit for me. Second of my three Franks. Just Frank Field to go.

With all the lodgers coming and going through Downing Street lately we often forget the chief resident is getting on a bit. Larry, Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office, turns 16 in January. According to one calculator this is equivalent to turning 80 in human years. He has seen 4 Prime Ministers (Cameron, May, Johnson, Truss) but how many more will he see before he departs?

Cancer is working out well for her.
