Preston Robert Tisch, co-owner of the New York Giants has died from brain cancer aged 79.

Every night, Which is why he 'aint on the TV any more I think this deserves a spot on our classic "Joke thread" We resurrected him: Lenny Bennett turns out he's not dead, just dossing in golf clubs. Thanks for the picture, thanks to you guys we're nearing 85% accuracy, and that's just swell. XT You really, really shouldn't have. You might provoke the man into attempting an ill judged comeback. Just put a "do not disturb" sign on his file. The career dead are best left comatose.

Things to do while waiting for Death ... 2005

Asda or Walmart lite as I prefer to call it, has a reputation to maintain. They offered this lady a paltry £100, if this had happened in the US, she'd sue for hundreds of thousands of Dollars and probably win a sizeable settlement. -

He has indeed durastically(sic) improved. But you appear to have slipped back. -
Well that poster sounds like a pretty simple organism, surely Evolution went wrong there. Unless of course they are some kind of throw back, to an evolutionary dead end.

If your scoring system keeps in Maradona, but excludes oldies like Ernest Gallo, then I'd say some rejigging is needed.

Dead Marilyn Monroe – Suicide Or Cover-Up?

She's dead, end of interest, as far as I'm concerned. -
Noodles 'n' Coppers Notapotato. Noodles 'n' Coppers. How did you know? How could I not know? Nobody knows. Were you watching me? That is entirely possible, but is it probable?

Speaking of sauce, Noel and the Swap Shop posse (Cheggers and Philbin) had a hit single under the band name "Brown Sauce". I think it was called "I Wanna be a Winner". I don't know why I can remember this, I guess some images are just so horrible that they are indelibly burnt into the mind.

Guaranteed! who wrote that warranty I wonder? Do they get a refund if they die early?

Well I suppose he might, if he were a bondage fetishist. -
Ideas and Possibilities for 2006
Tempus Fugit replied to Death Watch Beatle's topic in DeathList Forum
With his demise, Peter Drucker definitely will not make the 2006 list, but I recommend the following selections: Charles Haughey, 80 - Ex PM of Ireland (remains in ill health & nearly died 2 years ago) Mark Felt, 92 - Deapthroat in the 1972 Watergate Scandal (seriously ill) Ibrahim Rugova, 51 - President of Kosovo (lung cancer) Ross Davidson, 55 - Ex Eastenders actor (brain cancer) Of course there is some dispute as to whether Mark Felt is the real Deep Throat. Some Washington insiders believe he is a red herring, albeit a willing one. They say he is taking the spotlight away from the real Deep Throat, George Bush Snr. -

As if you didn't know... Why not ask your alter ego. Tempus. when the bloody blazes are you going to learn to use question marks? Really! Welcome back Vile Body and Captain Scarlet. I think when should have a capital letter. Don't you?

Try picking on "Spooks", I loathe that show. How the BBC have the nerve to call it drama, I'll never know. I have a certain admiration for the way the actors manage to keep a straight face, when uttering some of the truly laughable dialogue; But mostly I despise them for appearing in the travesty. Rant over.

Doris Day is 81 years old and very much still alive.

Treasonable Politicians
Tempus Fugit replied to Charley Farley's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
It's all rather academic now, as for good or ill, our elected representatives have decided on 28 days. They were unconvinced by the case of the executive. That's how a democracy works, if Tony Blair doesn't like the result, tough luck. I'm sure the Prime Minister believes he is right on this issue, but he always seems to believe that. If a Government is unable to convince the legislature of its case, then that is their failure and not the legislature's. -
I'm not sorry you think we're overdoing the gimmicks. I'm chuffed, and we've got a whole lot more of 'em lined up! I noticed some other guy also stating that we're "No competition" for Deathlist. Whilst I'd second this, I think it's pretty obvious that it's comparing chalk and cheese, an I hope that you don't think did they die is some sort of "pretender to your throne"! I wish you luck with your site, Gimmicks have their place, just try to make sure the gimmicks don't swamp the core content.

What lady could resist Casey the Christian clown. A real catch. -
Liz Taylor picks up another pointless award, the woman has done nothing of merit for decades so god knows why they keep giving her awards. Anyway she looks OK in the picture, not likely to die anytime soon.

The only gig I'm interested in seeing Walter in, is his funeral. Sadly old Walt seems to be pretty healthy.

1,100 Saddam defence lawyers withdraw, saying they have insufficient protection. I couldn't believe that 1,100 lawyers work on Saddams defence, who the hell is paying for them...
