That's another one of the cast gone, so who will be next? Surely Borgnine.
-
That sounds vaguely disgusting.
-
It would do if Rudi Carrell counted, still no UK obit.
-
Congrats to all the teams who selected Red Buttons, his UK obituary is assured. Dead And Loving It Death Becomes Us Holicman Kiss of Death Mean Machine Noah Reason & the Clowns of Death Norfolk & Chance Pushing Up The Daisies Riding The Jesus Train Team AJS The Undertaker

Well Red's dead, he was 87 years old. Just shows the numbers aren't everything

This is indeed a shock Ronnie's official statement made me think an even greater apology was needed to DeathList visitors... Official DL Committee Statement 17.4Mb avi - Sound needed (sorry for the large size) Took me a while to get to see it as I had to download some extra component thingy, But very well done, I'm sure the committee is forgiven for the faux pas.

Where Have All The Ranters Gone?
Tempus Fugit replied to Paul Bearer's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Unlikely, this is just more of the same old same old. What is an extremist group? I think the inner circle of the Bush administation are an extremist group, it all comes down to personal perception. -
Because no matter how good you may be, you can bet there's always someone out there better. Go Fish has everyone beat, unless that's an alter ego of Rotten Ali's.
-
I think you'll find that was Fats Waller, Tommy Bruce had a one hit wonder with it in 1960 .
-
My heartfelt condolences to you MH, As yet I haven't lost a parent only grandparents. It must be very hard to see a parent decline through Alzheimers like that. I can fully understand your mixed emotions, no doubt you will need quite some time to come to terms with the loss. Words can offer no real comfort, that can only come from within. Let the grief work its way through.

The Maori Queen Dame Te Atairangikaahu is in intensive care. Probably won't last 'til '07.
-
John Spencer's death gives lots of points to lots of teams, mine included. He's my 5th DDP hit, good on you John, I knew you wouldn't let me down.

That's a bit of a surprise, I thought he'd have a few more years left in him, just goes to show that diabetes can cause all sorts complications. Farewell Syd. Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun. Shine on you crazy diamond. Now there's a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky. Shine on you crazy diamond. You were caught on the cross fire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze. Come on you target for faraway laughter, come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!

You sound a tad fixated Godot, you could always contact Mollie via her agent, I'm sure she'd pass on your enquiries, JOAN REDDIN Hazel Cottage, Frogg's Island, Wheeler End, Bucks HP14 3NL Telephone: 01494 882729 Like a lot of elderly ladies, Mollie may well enjoy stroking and playing with her pussy, it's probably a great comfort to her.
-
What kind of thoughts might these be? The kind that Mrs Godot would disapprove of?
-
When June Allyson gets her UK obit, as she surely will, that will be a unique pick for Inar's Golden Oldies, Congrats to him.
-
June Allyson the Hollywood actress, has died aged 88

The Scotsman have reported Rudi's death but that doesn't count as a British National newspaper. I bet one of the broadsheets will pick it up soon. Reuters also aren't a newspaper, so don't count.
-
What a stupid f*cking thread it should be merged with the Ideas and Possibilities for 2007. Complete and utter BOLLOCKS. [Agreed -- MH]
-
Fame test? Most certainly. Not only was he leader of the TGWU when that union was a power in the land, he also campaigned more recently for pensioners' rights. I'd forgotten about him. Well resurrected DDT. Jack Jones would make a fine DL neighbour for Clive Dunn, I wonder if Jack was a corporal in WWII.
-
Tom Weir is on my list for 2007. Could you please provide a source for your information, iain? Tom Weir is definitely dead now though, tough luck Captain, you'll have to think of a replacement for '07.

Almost sounds like a convenience food for American apartment dwellers.

Sir Carol Mather, a founder member of the SAS and a former Conservative MP, Dead aged 87.

Surely it has to be George W Bush or Tony Blair, two men deserving of long slow painful deaths. If either were murdered, I would rejoice. Please Karma, let it be so.
