He shines on this thread. The man's twilight is our day in the sun, sort of thing. A veritable Götterdämmerung of a thread. Nice bit of umlaut action there TF. My old German tutor Herr Schickelgruber, loved a bit of umlaut action.

    Margaret Thatcher

Finally saw it last night, and I'll admit I was quite amused with it... and it has a message that's still fairly relevant today I think. So that's three I like (The Shining, Full Metal Jacket, Dr. Strangelove) and three I abhor (Eyes Wide Shut, A Clockwork Orange, 2001: A Space Odyessy) How did this end up in Margaret Thatcher anyhow and not, say, Ingmar Bergman or Dino de Laurentiis? What about his two films starring Deathlist candidate, Kirk Douglas. Namely "Spartacus" and "Paths of Glory", Kirk's glory years.

I voted no, more out of hope than expectation. If he does beat Reagans record then he probably won't die in '06.

Some up to date health news on Clive Dunn, he's suffering from eye trouble and hopes to get treatment.

Whom Are You Tarring With The Epithet "twunt"?

Damn your eyes man! I was hoping nobody would mention that, I'm sure our great and glorious Admins, wouldn't do anything unpleasant to me. I throw myself upon their beneficent munificence.

"The best of times, the worst of times" Matters not, for it's Post-Twunt time for you. Fulsome congratulatoins DWB.

    Michael Barrymore

Very true, I'd put him in for 2007 myself, though. He's basically decided to play up to the media character that has been created for him, as he was when he was popular. He just doesn't know who he is any more. He never really did know who he was, he allowed the media to create his image, he then lived up to it. I remember when he was a regular winner at the Comedy awards, he was clearly playing out a role, he just didn't know when to stop, it was cringe inducing TV. I personally can't see him topping himself, he's more likely to end up institutionalized in a mental hospital. Or maybe he'll prove us all wrong and settle down to a quiet life in some rural backwater, breeding Chihuahua's for pleasure and profit.

As Dickie O' isn't a business enterprise he hardly needs dot com. I think you'll find he or his representatives do own richardosullivan.co.uk, This is a dormant domain. Rather like Dickie's career. Um, the site address is richardosullivan.(dot)com And it doesn't look dormant to me, seeing as there's a January 2006 calendar on there. Then again, what do I know? I'm a Sun reader on benefits. That's the hairdresser, Our Dickie O' owns the .co.uk site.

And so are everybodys common day folk. Maybe, but they don't get their second home paid for by the tax payer, like MP's do. What about the benefits brigade who get their rent paid for them? But they don't actually own the house, MP's by contrast get to keep the house or flat that tax payers have paid for. Why isn't it returned back to the treasury when they cease to be MP's?

This any good? I don't know what Dickie O' is paying for though.

MP's are the biggest freeloaders and scroungers going. They have fat pensions, fat allowances and fat severance if they're booted out. They are the real scroungers of society.

  17. Poor old Hector, recently prostituted to advertise for the Virgin One bank account. Next it'll be Mr.Benn advertising travel insurance, Mary, Mungo & Midge selling pet food. Childhood memories raped by the corporate swine.

Yes indeed sir, Grovel, grovel. Never has there been a twunt like you, You truly embody the spirit of Twuntdom.
  19. It was a chrimbo prezzie. Ah kinassureye, ahcouldnyaffordit. Well I can afford it all right, I just resent handing over all that tax to Gordo. Scottish whisky & NI whiskey should all be duty free, purely in the interests of boosting this world renowned industry's sales and securing jobs.
