That article includes this quote Surely if their Heavenly Father was that keen he wouldn't have wanted to wait 115 years before meeting up??

Windsor, when did you last clear your cache? That's not some euphemism I should be aware of, is it?

Are you sure that a film called "Fellini's Donut" isn't one of those "special" films?? -
Brilliant, five words and four of them were wrong and an added random letter for good measure. I doff my virtual hat in your general direction!

Well thanks for that, er, anecdote. If you fail to remember anything else interesting make sure you stop by and let us know

If You Could Only Pick One Celebrity..............

Well, Ariel Sharon's looking a fairly strong candidate for popping off this year...... -
Still, at least it's got me off the mark in the DDP!

Right, here goes: There are no "rules" per se about posting, but there are various things that could be construed as "guidance". I don't think anyone is trying to be dictatorial and control what people are posting, but I think the whole Richard O'Sullivan thread business has obscured what brought everyone/the majority to this site in the first place. I doubt anyone clicked on Deathlist.net with the intention of finding out about flower arranging or the Women's Institute. It would be preferable if the threads in the forum bore at least some relevance to the subject matter in the title, that's not to say that there can't and indeed shouldn't be a certain degree of diversion but to have 10 pages or so of a thread devoted to onanism, Hayley Mills and personal abuse is undeniably excessive when the thread originally was concerned with Richard O'Sullivan. All the forum postings need are a degree of judgement, discretion, consideration and thinking about before submitting to the live site. As a general guide, the forums are for messages relating to celebrities and the chances of their demise with a bit of added trivia and information thrown in. If you want virtual conversations on whatever subjects you wish to discuss, please use instant messangers or emails or whatever. Remember, it's quality not quantity that counts.

I'd rather talk folkie stuff than bloody Richard O'Sullivan!

I remember the time I tried to put my tongue where my mouth isn't. Oooch that hurt. I remember when I tried to put my tongue where someone elses mouth was. The slap I received hurt a bit too.........

Nothing wrong at all, a rare glimpse of taste culture in amongst the dross! I'm more of a Steeleye Span person myself, but Fairport aren't a bad choice at all.

You mean you only ate 'arf 'arf??

I've recently been using random words from spam emails as my signature. I'll use this now. It actually sounds better in Jimmy Savile's voice, you know........

Who can forget Harald Finehair, Gorm the Old, Svein Forkbeard, Harald Bluetooth and of course Cnut the Great, Were those the original suggestions before they decided on Ginger, Sporty, Scary, Baby and Posh?

Thanks, I find the weekend is usually the best time to introduce 11th Century Norwegian royalty into conversations..........

Which folk/rock band, out of interest?

Fair comment but I wouldn't say Dickie was masturbation material at all... Ester Rantzen on the other hand... Ah, you must be alluding to the old Norfolk saying "Masturbating with one hand, Esther Rantzen on the other"...................
-
Sorry but just had to ask - what the Hell are you talking about??
-
Is that your pet name for this chap?
-
No worse than lawyers, they both end up screwing people for money............

Following on from CPs news on Anna Malle, this provides some interesting, ahem, research opportunities.......
-
Because they are saying that they'd rather somebody they didn't know from Adam (or Eve) 3 weeks ago is more interesting than any "celebrity" - fair point and sound judgement if you ask me!
