Indeed there is but I'd expect a thread on the incarceration, of a child killer, on a Dead Pool type forum, to attract a few comments on his demise. But the Deathlist has changed alot over the last 12 months or so... If I can't post an opinion, in this particular nonces personal thread, then where exactly am I supposed to do it?

Seen Any Good Films Lately?
Harvester Of Souls replied to Cowboy Ronnie's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I can concur with that particular title. I watched it by accident (couldn't find the remote) and am now looking to buy a copy. -
Hey if you can't talk shite on the DL where can you talk it? Burn the f**Ker

With any luck someone will succeed and while this won't crop up on any Deathlist (even if it would make an interesting outsider bet) the satisfaction of seeing Huntley brutally murdered would restore the faith in the British penal system.

Cycling is pretty rigourously tested. When EPO tests were introduced it caught out (and still is doing) alot of them who think they're immune. Other governing bodies are far less strict to the point of not testing at all. Why not just accept that drugs are rife in all sports and legalise all of them? Winners DO use drugs.

Cycling is terrible for drugs... At the Sydney Olympics, EPO tests were approved. Overnight, Shimano introduced their new triple chain ring for the bikes... Dirty sportsmen.

Jail time and a good old fashioned prison kicking should be on the cards. Maybe something Medieval involving red hot irons and pointed sticks. Alas, British justice will see something soft and cuddly and I can only concur with MPFC to the outcome. Burn the nonce at the stake.

"The actor claims the pornography was downloaded as research for a TV show."

Obviously but I thought that was a given! Three cheers for knotted bed sheets... Hip Hip...

The advert is superb. Best thing currently being aired on television.

Tough call so we await the verdict. If innocent I'm sure he'll bounce back... if guilty I imagine prison will be difficult for him and would lower his life expectancy somewhat. There's alot of guff being spouted at the moment and we'll see in soon enough. Time to sharpen the knives, just incase. No one likes a nonce.

Surely you mean porn?

I see he's opened with the "Townshend Defence."

What would you regard as "Official?" They have no governing body and aren't members of any sporting body besides what they govern themselves. It's not like they have to submit to random drug testing. How would this official pressure be brought? The similarity is that they're both taking money for their performances. They're both extremely fit and gifted at their uniques brands of entertainment and as a result are both on some kind of fitness and training regime that is result motivated. It has to be for them to command the money they're earning. Professional sport, regardless of it's discipline, is rife with performance enhancing drugs. It's extremely naive to think otherwise. Just because Premiership football doesn't come up with players failing drug tests doesn't mean they don't do them. Some drugs are classed as legal in some sports and players aren't tested for them so consequently cannot fail them. I'd bet the total is much, much higher. And superior results can be achieved with much lower dosages, depending on the athlete. One of the biggest problems with kicking drugs out of sport is that it's negative to the entertainment. Lip service. If you look at recent episodes of WWE and compare them with days of yor, the wrestlers are much heavier and much stronger. Why? Better drugs and better diet. Human Growth Hormone is the most expensive and most effective muscle builder on the planet. Also it's worth noting that there is no reliable way of testing for it. As Benoit's child was being treated with it he could quite legally have bucket loads of it in his house. Coincidence? Combined with other steroids it [Growth Hormone] amplifies the results and these are usually permanent as the two, or more drugs, work in unison. For any athlete the results of using such drugs are too good to be true. The thing is they actually work, which is why Ben Johnson's 100 metre record stood for many years despite him being banned. It was never honoured by the IOC but it was several years before anyone ran faster than him. With the exception of growth hormone, most steroid gains are temporary. Stopping the use results in a loss in strength and muscle mass. In such a result driven industry, as professional sport, this isn't acceptable which is why performance enhancing drugs are integral to it's success. Drug cheats perform much better than their drug free rivals which is why they win and why they're worth millions. Like everything it's use Vs abuse. Steroids were never invented as muscle builders. Their sporting properties were side effects. Clenbuterol is drug used to treat asthma. The side effect is that it's thermogenic (raises the body's temperature) and this triggers fat loss, so it's used by athletes to lose weight. Combine it with diet and exercise and the results are rapid. Anapolon was created to treat osteoporosis and anaemia, but it stimulated huge growth in muscle tissue for the patients. Again combined with diet and exercise and the results can be magnified. Abuse of anything can be used to trigger someone's mental state. I mean if Benoit wasn't a wrestler and he was off his tits on cocaine and whiskey would he be dragged under the spot light? I mean how many times is alcohol abuse the catalyst for someone killing others or themselves? Does that necessarily make alcohol bad? F**k no. In the wrong hands anything can be used to trigger a loony into the actions of Crazy Town. Absolutely not. The tragedy will be down to his mental state. Steroids will be the scapegoat and all the sporting bodies will say it's bad. Ad nauseum. Drugs, in sport, are here to stay. Too much money in it now. It's like saying "Let's Kick Lies Out Of Politics!"

Cheeky tw@ I wouldn't read a newspaper if you forced me at gunpoint! Execute nonces and stop making excuses. This mercy bollocks has gone too far.

Apologies, I missed this one first time around... If they don't break the circle then society should break the circle for them. With a rope. A bullet. A piece of spikey wire, infact anything that removes them from breathing. Many people who were abused as children grow up not to be abusers of children. There is no excuse for abusing children and the culprits should be executed if they can't be rehabilitated. We all have our demons. We're all the product of our life experiences but what separates us from the monkeys is our ability to protect others from our personal demons. Those that can't should be removed from the gene pool. Period. Stop making excuses for sex offenders.

Doth Death Absolve Us?
Harvester Of Souls replied to Canadian Paul's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I kinda think that's what I was getting at. People believe our solar system carries the necessities for us to live but it's much bigger than that. Random chaos has allowed us to exist in such an environment. It's not here for our benefit it was here first and we've adapted to it's conditions. It's highly probable that similar conditions exist in other galaxies. Even some where opposite conditions exist and other life forms thrive breathing carbon dioxide and exhaling oxygen. Who know's they may piss oil and sh*t coal. Will we ever know? Not in our primitive lifetimes. Everything follows the path of least resistance, which is why religion is allowed to thrive. Civilisation is difficult. It takes work. Anarchy doesn't which is why it quickly spreads until someone can work hard enough to stop it. If the laws of thermodynamics are indeed laws then the more people we bring into the world the more chaos will ultimately reign. If we believe in theory that nature favours the strongest then in accordance with thermodynamics the idiots will eventually rule. Sh*t will happen and we can't stop it. Such is the higher order of things. Indeed. No regrets. Sh*t happening is the simplest, easiest to digest, easiest gospel to spread. Now lets cease this idle shitty banter and behave like real pirates. Condensing your theory and simplifying it even further... sh*t happens. Actually I have that as a screen saver. If I was a religious man I'd say that Weebls was the incarnation of the second coming. As I'm not I'll just drink rum and laugh. -
Doth Death Absolve Us?

800th post... sh*t does happen. The concept of sin originates from roman catholicism, although the context of the word has been modified over the millennia. The concept I was referring to is the alleged transgression of the law of god. It was invented by the vatican to control people. Yeah. Sh*t happend. We are not capable, as a species, of explaining how this sh*t happened. We're only capable of recognising that sh*t happened and it will take gazillions of years, of intelligent advancement, to even become close to explaining it. Only then if we're lucky and if random coincidence allows it. We'll never know. We'd like to think we will because it gives us purpose but we won't ever know. The believers in the religions have their purpose, because blind faith is the easiest of all paths. The men of science have their purpose to debunk it, but that is rockier because the religions had a head start. But one thing is constant, sh*t did happen. The book of bollocks is a tool to control the mind of those that need a purpose, as is the origin of the species. That's all it is. A way for those that believe they are lost. There are no answers which is why it upsets so many people and why countless hours are spent arguing the toss but overlooking the only fact available. Sh*t happend. Something happend (i.e sh*t) but to go back before sh*t happened our laws of physics can't exist. They all begin from our perceived cataclysmic start. We have to believe that we have a purpose and the wheels were put in motion for a reason and our scientific and religious laws/theories cannot comprehend what happend before. As you rightly pointed out something has to come from something and as nothing we have said or done as a species can get close to explaining what it is, we conclude that sh*t did indeed happen. I do believe in myself. I also believe that sh*t happend and that god doesn't exist. I'm not negative I'm realistic. We're here because of a series of random coincidences. We have no higher purpose. We are not heading towards some kind of great reward. You say that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I disagree as I don't believe we're in a tunnel in the first place. What is happening now is what counts. Anything before or after is beyond the realms of our control, being and imagination. To spend countless hours contemplating such events is a waste of the precious time we do have. Time we could spend enjoying what we can grasp and can see, hear, touch, smell and if we're lucky, f**k. Enjoy it for the things you can do and don't spend the rest of your life proving that sh*t didn't happen when it clearly did. Badger. -

God doesn't exist so all concept of sin is false. Sh*t happens. You die. Sh*t can't happen anymore. -
