angryGreatness replied to Spade_Cooley's topic in DeathList Forum
After what happened to Gadaffi, I'd put Bashar Al-Assad on the list. -

All the lists over 20 names are usually either A) Lists for other Dead Pool competitions or B )Made just for fun.

This'll be my first year competing, so this is quite exciting. Why did you change the symbol for unique picks ?
-
That'll be a hit for my esteemed predecessor should the right obit appear... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-15905108 And here it is.

http://www.cnn.com/2...html?hpt=hp_bn3 Former First Lady of Chicago, Maggie Daley, has died of breast cancer at the age of 68. A unique pick for Wormer, He's A Dead Man! in the somewhat unlikely event a British obit surfaces.

I'd post a prediction, but after Gould and Frazier I don't want to jinx anything.
-
Ruby Muhammad, Osama bin Laden, Seve Ballesteros, Dr. Kevorkian, Sir Jimmy Savile, and now Basil D'Oliveira. Granted Muhammad didn't get a obit, but it's a bad sign when our hits are equaling our misses. EDIT: The day I get corrected by a damn guest poster...

A unique hit for Cap'n Ohtz

And in the Political Frailty thread not but 4 days ago...

Damn it all! First Philip Gould then Frazier and all in a single week! I bet I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here is one happy son of a ***** right now.

**** **** and more ****. Bastard couldn't make it 2 more months?
-
If he makes it to 2012, then he's going on my list for sure. And with a star like Joe Frazier we're sure to get consant updates from the media.
-
Post-Operative complications, eh? Does that count for an unnatural death bonus?
-
Not to mention Gene Wilder himself. Leonard Stone was the last of the adults who went with the children into the factory though.
-
Fun fact: Savile is the 2nd celebrity to have died in 2011 that had been picked every year by a team on the Derby Dead Pool since its inception (The other being Elizabeth Taylor).

I believe you mean "The Sugars."

Gaddafi's fate is definitely making me consider putting fellow Arabian dictators Bashar al-Assad, Ali Abdullah Saleh, and maybe even Abdelaziz Bouteflika on next year's DDP. Al-Assad in particular is begging for a bullet to the head and Saleh already has had an attempt on his life. Only thing I'm worried about is the possibility bastards being taking alive and executed, robbing me of points.

Ideas And Possibilities For 2012
angryGreatness replied to The Unknown Man's topic in DeathList Forum
Definitely one to watch. i'm sticking him in my DDP for next year. When DDT notices a possibility for next year, they barely last a month http://www.nativenewsnetwork.com/russell-m...nificantly.html Update on Means: He states that the tumor in his throat has "greatly diminished." Don't cross him off your shortlists however, he also states that the cancer is much more widespread then originally thought. -
http://www.latimes.com/news/obituaries/la-...0,7316029.story Norman Corwin; writer, director, producer, and teacher has died aged 101. A Unique hit for Kentucky Fried Genocide should an obit swing UK-Side.
