Fair to say we are all voyeurs here, why else would we subscribe to such a site, we need to put together a contingency plan so that when one of us passes on or snuffs it, not only will it get a mention on the board but it must be a condition that that past or lapsed member has to do his/her best to send back a message - spooky ehh! We need a word or a sign any ideas and any volunteers who are teetering on the edge of the old mortal coil.

Another blow struck for common sense, the MPS who failed to support the 90 day motion need to be identified as Treasonable and a few centuries they would have had, and equally would have been dealt with accordingly. Mr Cameron and Mr Davis may be backpeddalling now, who is going to be the next tory leader not to win an election. If your not doing anything wrong then the threat of an up to 90 day detention should not concern you too much. So thats over three hundred politicians I'd like to see swing, someone do the sums 300 times £65k plus secretarial savings, think we should do this anyway.

I was reminded today of something that happened to Gregory Widen creator of the Highlanders series of films, whilst at the war memorial today I was in the presence of Basil Convery who had served in the first and the second world war, now I know he was in a wheelchair last time I saw him but hes now back on his feet, by my reckoning hes got to be 98 but he looks closer to 70 (could be hes had a nip/tuck) but when he saw me looking he began to withdraw even more, and sort of drifted away into the background. Gregory Widen tells a story that his grandfather was at a regiment reunion and he met someone he served with but who had been killed by shrapnel in the trenches right in front of him, the grandfather talked with this individual for a while before the immortal cottoned onto the fact that perhaps this bloke knew that he was supposed o be dead, upon realising his gaffe this feller dropped into the "Im a relative of the deceased manner made his excuses and left" never really thought much about it until today in Bedford................spooky!

The answer is yes I would run that risk however the deterrent of 90 days would make me even more determined not to cause problems, 28 days i could have that as leave paid or unpaid. Academic now!! -

Ravenstorm please take a breath, I am sorry you do not share my view, I still feel that it was a win win for the safety of the British public, as a law abiding pro Britain resident I shant worry about the prospect of 90 days in Gaol, losing my job and friends etc as I am not a risk, however those bastards who are a risk need looking at in close detail, are you a risk Ravenstorm do you think.....perhaps your worriied about the 90 days from your own personal perspective! -

Still no numbers TF let me help you with that, there is upon average still 60 odd people dying daily by whatever means which is far too much but its a lot less than it would have been if SH was still in power - do you think that without UK/US input Saddam would have left I'm not sure he would have and possibly he would still be in post. There are still troops identifying mass graves. There is absolutely no chance of reprieve for him I understand and he will be executed! Documentation shows that he was ruthless to his people, his staff and his family operating upon the old roman Decimation philosophy which demonstrated to all that he would not bugger about! -
Looks like Lord Lich for the ditch! (sorry)

Never been accused of being a lily white liberal and not ready to start now, Sometimes you have to stand up and be counted for the small person, I'm happy that we have the involvement that we do, this is what our troops are trained for, let me do the maths is it worthwhile losing 400 people a day or the brave boys and girls who offer theri lives, so that these 400 a day can survive - yeah done that one sum and consider risk worh it, these boys and girls are my brothers and sisters and they know whats in it for them often a meet with the Grim Reaper I salute every last one of them for making the streets of Iraq and the Uk that teeny little bit safer. -

Its so easy to start quoting figures as a guest with out putting your name to it or substantiating your figures, our boys and girls in Iraq are there so that the 400 people a DAY who were going missing under Saddams regime never to be seen again but presumed buried alive in the desert can live. I am appalled that people cannot see that the IRAQI's needed and still need that support, there must come a time when we have to pull out and that may not be far away but I in a similar position would have made the same decision. -

You guys are wasted you should be voting with the lunatics in the asylum, why dont you pass your views onto those who were murdered in July on the trains and bus in London. Things will get worse before they get better and I'm afraid as far as I'm concerned the tories and those 49 labour MPs are tarnished and will have blood on their hands! Looks like its a fourth term for Labour! -
Whoohoah! hold on there Adam is cool, yes hes mad but hes still got it!
